2. 液体中への浸漬の際の成形体の排除量(例えば、ヘリウムピクノメーターを用いたガス排除量)を決定、及び
3. 両方の体積の合計を形成。
第1の反応器中で、それぞれ質量%で、酸化ニッケル49.5、酸化銅16.5、二酸化ジルコニウム29.5、酸化モリブデン1.5及び黒鉛3を含有する5×3mmのタブレットの形の標準触媒83gを充填し、第2の直列に接続された反応器中で、次に記載するように製造された触媒30gを充填した:
直径1.5mmのAl2O3ストランド151gを、ニトロシル硝酸Ru148g及び硝酸コバルト6水和物46.5gを含有する含浸水溶液128mlと共に、複数回良好に混合しながら室温で60分間放置した。引き続き120℃で4時間動かさずに乾燥させ、600℃で2時間150L/hの空気でか焼させた。この触媒は、触媒の全質量に対してそれぞれ金属コバルト4.1質量%及び金属ルテニウム7.1質量%を含有する。
Claims (12)
- 触媒の存在でのモノエチレングリコールとアンモニアとの水素化アミノ化によるエチレンアミン及びエタノールアミンの製造方法において、前記方法は2つの方法工程で実施され、その際、
− 第1の方法工程ではヒドロアミノ化触媒でのアミノ化を最大40%のモノエチレングリコール転化率まで実施し、
− 第2の方法工程では、ルテニウム及びコバルトを含有する活性材料を有し、その他に第VIII族の他の金属並びに第IB族の金属を含有しない担持触媒を、触媒成形体の形状で使用し、前記触媒成形体は、球形又はストランド形の場合にはそれぞれ<3mmの直径、タブレット形の場合には<3mmの高さ、及び他の全ての形状の場合には、それぞれ<0.70mmの相当直径L=1/a′を有し、その際、a′は外部表面積/単位体積(mms 2/mmp 3)であり、式:
[その際、Apは、触媒成形体の外部表面積(mms 2)及びVpは触媒成形体の体積(mmp 3)である]を有し、前記第2の方法工程は前記第1の方法工程よりも少なくとも10℃高い温度で実施されることを特徴とする、エチレンアミン及びエタノールアミンの製造方法。 - 第1の方法工程において、アミノ化を最大30%のモノエチレングリコール転化率まで実施することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第2の方法工程で使用される触媒は、触媒の全質量に対してそれぞれ、ルテニウム0.1〜10質量%の割合及びコバルト0.1〜50質量%の割合を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 第2の方法工程において使用される触媒のための触媒担体はγ−酸化アルミニウムを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第2の方法工程において使用される担持触媒は触媒成形体の形で使用され、前記触媒成形体は、球形又はストランド形の場合にはそれぞれ<2.5mmの直径、タブレット形の場合には<2.5mmの高さ、及び他の全ての形状の場合にはそれぞれ<0.65mmの相当直径L=1/a′を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第1の方法工程は、第1の反応器領域又は第1の反応器中で実施され、第2の反応工程は、第2の反応器領域又は第2の反応器中で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第1の反応器領域及び第2の反応器領域は不活性材料層により相互に隔てられていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- 不活性材料層の厚さは、20〜200cmであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 不活性材料層の厚さは、30〜70cmであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 不活性材料層の厚さは、30cmであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- モノエタノールアミンを、モノエチレングリコールの水素化アミノ化の生成物混合物から前記反応にリサイクルすることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- モノエタノールアミンを水素化アミノ化の反応生成物から、第2の反応器領域又は第2の反応器中にリサイクルすることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の方法。
