Description
Claims (14)
- 車両フレームであって、
剛性を有し且つ少なくとも1つの車輪に連結されるように構成された下側フレーム部分と、
剛性を有し且つライダーの座席を支持するように構成された上側フレーム部分と、を有し、前記上側フレーム部分は、前記下側フレーム部分と分離可能に結合可能であり、
前記下側フレーム部分及び前記上側フレーム部分は、協働して剛性の組立フレームを構成し、
前記組立フレームの剛性は、独立した前記下側フレーム部分の剛性及び前記上側フレーム部分の剛性よりも大きく、
前記組立フレームは、前記上側フレーム部分が前記下側フレーム部分によって支持されるように構成され、
前記組立フレームの下側フレーム部分及び上側フレーム部分は協働して、車両を推進させる推進装置の推進エネルギーを供給するための電気エネルギー源を収容するように寸法決めされた内部キャビティを形成し且つ実質的に包囲し、
組立フレームは、骨組構造体を形成するように互いに結合された複数の支柱を含み、前記骨組構造体は、ライダーを前記車輪で支持する主部分を構成し、
前記複数の支柱は、前記内部キャビティの長手方向の第1の側部に配置される第1の横側支柱グループと、第1の側部の反対側に位置する前記内部キャビティの長手方向の第2の側部に配置される第2の横側支柱グループを有し、
前記第1及び第2の横側支柱グループは、長手方向に対して実質的に横方向に延びる他の支柱によって互いに連結され、前記他の支柱は、前記内側キャビティの少なくとも1つの幅方向に延びる側部に配置される、車両フレーム。 - 前記第1の横側支柱グループ及び第2の横側支柱グループの各々は、上側支柱及び下側支柱を有し、前記上側支柱は、前記下側支柱の上方に配置される、請求項1に記載の車両フレーム。
- 前記組立フレームは、前記第1の車輪及びそれから長手方向反対側に配置された第2の車輪の上に支持されるように且つ前記上側支柱が圧縮状態にあるように構成され、
前記上側フレーム部分は、前記内部キャビティの上に且つそれを横切って延び、前記上側フレーム部分の剛性を実質的に増大させるために前記第1の横側支柱グループ及び前記第2の横側支柱グループの少なくとも一部分と構造的に結合される、請求項2に記載の車両フレーム。 - 前記上側支柱は、前記内部キャビティの上側半部に沿って配置され、前記下側支柱は、前記内部キャビティの下側半部に沿って配置される、請求項2に記載の車両フレーム。
- 前記下側フレーム部分は、前記複数の支柱のいくつかを含み、前記上側フレーム部分は、前記複数の支柱の残りを含み、前記下側フレーム部分と前記上側フレーム部分を組立てるとき、前記下側フレーム部分の少なくともいくつかの支柱は、前記上側フレーム部分の少なくともいくつかの支柱に結合され、前記骨組構造体を形成する、請求項1に記載の車両フレーム。
- 前記組立フレームは、複数の構造スキン部材を有し、前記構造スキン部材は、前記組立フレームの捩れ剛性を増大させるために且つ前記複数の支柱間に構成される開口の少なくとも一部分を閉鎖するために、異なる複数の支柱と構造的に結合される、請求項1に記載の車両フレーム。
- 前記下側フレーム部分及び前記上側フレーム部分は、前記内部キャビティ内のバッテリーへのアクセスを許すために、前記上側フレーム部分が前記下側フレーム部分から分離可能に前記組立フレーム内で結合されている、請求項1に記載の車両フレーム。
- 前記下側フレーム部分は、前記骨組構造体を形成する前記複数の支柱を含み、前記支柱は、アルミニウム又はその合金で作られ互いに溶接され、
前記上側フレーム部分は、複合ファイバー補強材料で作られたスキン部材を有する、請求項1に記載の車両フレーム。 - 前記第1の車輪は、車両の後輪であり、
前記上側フレーム部分及びその上のライダーを車両の前輪及び後輪で支持するために、前記下側フレーム部分は、車両の前輪に連結されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の車両フレーム。 - 前記下側フレーム部分は、ヘッドチューブを有し、このヘッドチューブは、車両の操舵可能な車輪である車輪の1つと一緒に取付けられたステアリングチューブを回転可能に受入れるように構成される、請求項9に記載された車両フレーム。
- 前記下側フレーム部分は、前記前輪及び前記後輪のそれぞれから取付けられるように構成された前側連結部分及び後側連結部分を有し、
前記組立フレームの上側フレーム部分は、前記前側連結部分と前記後側連結部分との間で測定される前記下側フレーム部分の捩り剛性を、1.2乃至10倍増大させる、請求項9に記載の車両フレーム。 - 請求項11に記載の車両フレームと、
前記上側フレーム部分に支持されるように取付けられた座席と、を有し、
前記車輪は、前記組立フレームを支持するように、前記連結部分によって前記組立フレームに結合され、
前記エネルギー源は、前記内部キャビティに収容され、
更に、車両を推進させるために、前記エネルギー源に連結され且つそれによって動力が供給されると共に、少なくとも1つの車輪に連結された電気モータを有する車両。 - 前記車輪は3つ以下である、請求項12に記載の車両。
- 前記組立フレームの下側フレーム部分及び上側フレーム部分は協働して、前記内部キャビティの少なくとも上側、底側、前側及び横側を実質的に包囲する、請求項1に記載の車両フレーム。
