該マス分布に比例してアクセス系列のグループを割り当てること、
を具備する方法。 - 該セル内のアクセス端末の分布の変化の関数としてアクセス系列を再割り当てすることをさらに備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数のアクセス系列を区分するための装置であって、
