(ただし、ΣWi=100[重量%]とする。)
得られた加硫ゴムシートの動的粘弾性をJIS K6394に準拠して、東洋精機製作所社製粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用いて、伸長変形歪率10%±2%、振動数20Hzの条件で、温度0℃のtanδを測定した。得られた結果は、比較例1の値を100とする指数として、表1,2の「ウェットグリップ性能」欄に示した。この指数が大きいほど0℃のtanδが大きくウェットグリップ性能が優れることを意味する。
得られた加硫ゴムシートのゴム硬度をJIS K6253に準拠して、デュロメータのタイプAにより温度−10℃で測定した。得られた結果は、比較例1の値の逆数を100とする指数として、表1,2の「氷雪グリップ性能」欄に示した。この指数が大きいほど−10℃のゴム硬度が小さく、氷雪グリップ性能が優れることを意味する。
・変性SBR2:N−メチルピロリドン基で末端を変性したSBR、日本ゼオン社製Nipol NS116、スチレン含有量23重量%、ビニル含有量70重量%、油展オイルを除いた状態のガラス転移温度−21℃
・SBR:スチレンブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製Nipol 1502、スチレン含有量25重量%、ビニル含有量15重量%、ガラス転移温度−54℃
・BR:ブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製Nipol BR1220、シス含有量98重量%、ビニル含有量2重量%、ガラス転移温度−105℃
・NR:天然ゴム、RSS#3、ガラス転移温度−65℃
・シリカ1:Rhodia社製Zeosil 1165MP、CTAB比表面積152m2/g
・シリカ2:Rhodia社製Zeosil 1115MP、CTAB比表面積115m2/g
・シリカ3:東ソーシリカ社製NIPSIL AQ、CTAB比表面積180m2/g
・オイル:アロマ系オイル、昭和シェル石油社製エキストラクト4号S、ガラス転移温度−36℃
・芳香族変性テルペン樹脂1:スチレン変性テルペン樹脂、ヤスハラケミカル社製YSレジンTO−125、ガラス転移温度65℃、水酸基価≒0KOHmg/g(極微量のため検出不可能)
・芳香族変性テルペン樹脂2:スチレン変性テルペン樹脂、ヤスハラケミカル社製YSレジンTO−085、ガラス転移温度25℃、水酸基価3KOHmg/g
・テルペンフェノール樹脂:ヤスハラケミカル社製YSポリスターU115、ガラス転移温度56℃、水酸基価6KOHmg/g
Claims (3)
- 末端変性スチレンブタジエンゴムを30〜80重量%、ブタジエンゴムを10〜50重量%、前記末端変性スチレンブタジエンゴム及びブタジエンゴムの合計を60〜100重量%含むジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、CTAB比表面積が80〜170m2/gであるシリカを60〜120重量部、テルペンフェノール樹脂を除く芳香族変性テルペン樹脂を3〜20重量部配合すると共に、前記末端変性スチレンブタジエンゴムの末端官能基が、水酸基又はN-メチルピロリドン基であり、前記ジエン系ゴムの平均ガラス転移温度を−55〜−70℃、前記ジエン系ゴム、芳香族変性テルペン樹脂及びオイル成分を含む可塑剤からなる成分の平均ガラス転移温度を−45〜−60℃にし、かつ前記芳香族変性テルペン樹脂の水酸基価を0〜25KOHmg/g、ガラス転移温度を20〜80℃にしたタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記可塑剤として、水酸基価が0〜20KOHmg/gであるテルペンフェノール樹脂を含み、該テルペンフェノール樹脂の配合量(B)を、前記芳香族変性テルペン樹脂の配合量(A)との関係で、重量比B/(A+B)が0.9以下になるようにした請求項1に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- た請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物をトレッド部に使用したスタッドレスタイヤ。
