Abstract
Description
本発明のタイヤ用ゴム組成物は、空気入りタイヤのトレッド部、サイドウォール部を構成することができる。このタイヤ用ゴム組成物は、これらの部位から選ばれる少なくとも一か所に使用するとよい。なかでもトレッド部を構成するのが好ましい。本発明のタイヤ用ゴム組成物をこれらの部位に使用した空気入りタイヤは、転がり抵抗を低減し燃費性能を向上可能にすると共に、雪上制動性能、耐カット性や耐チッピング性及びウェットグリップ性能を従来レベル以上に向上することが出来る。
得られたゴム組成物のムーニー粘度をJIS K6300−1:2001に準拠して、ムーニー粘度計にてL形ロータを使用し、予熱時間1分、ロータの回転時間4分、100℃の条件で測定した。得られた結果は、標準例の値を100とする指数で表わし表1,2の「加工性」の欄に示した。この指数が小さいほどムーニー粘度が低く、加工性が良好であることを意味する。
得られた加硫ゴムシートの動的粘弾性を、東洋精機製作所社製粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用いて、初期歪み10%、振幅±2%、周波数20Hzで測定し、温度60℃および0℃におけるtanδ、並びに−10℃のE'を求めた。得られた結果は、それぞれ標準例の値を100とする指数にしてとして表1,2の「転がり抵抗」「ウェットグリップ性能」「雪上制動性能」の欄に記載した。「転がり抵抗」の指数が小さいほどtanδ(60℃)が小さく、タイヤにしたときに転がり抵抗性が小さく燃費性能が優れることを意味する。「ウェットグリップ性能」の指数が大きいほどtanδ(0℃)が大きく、タイヤにしたときにウェットグリップ性能が優れることを意味する。また「雪上制動性能」の指数が小さいほどE'(−10℃)が小さく、タイヤにしたときに雪上制動性能が優れることを意味する。
・BR:ブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製Nipol BR1220
・E−SBR−1:乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製Nipol 1723、結合スチレン量が23.4質量%、油展成分を37.5質量部含む。
・E−SBR−2:乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製Nipol 1739、結合スチレン量が38.9質量%、油展成分を37.5質量部含む。
・S−SBR:溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製Nipol NS460、結合スチレン量が26.1質量%、油展成分を37.5質量部含む。
・カーボンブラック:キャボットジャパン社製ショウブラック339
・シリカ−1:ローディア社製Zeosil 1165MP(CTAB比表面積155m2/g)
・シリカ−2:ローディア社製Zeosil 115GR(CTAB比表面積110m2/g)
・カップリング剤:硫黄含有シランカップリング剤、エボニック デグッサ社製Si69
・芳香族変性テルペン樹脂:ヤスハラケミカル社製YSレジンTO−125、軟化点125℃
・プロセスオイル:昭和シェル石油社製エキストラクト4号S
・ステアリン酸:日油社製ビーズステアリン酸
・酸化亜鉛:正同化学工業社製酸化亜鉛3種
・老化防止剤:フレキシス社製6PPD
・加硫促進剤−1:大内新興化学社製ノクセラーCZ−G
・加硫促進剤−2:住友化学社製ソクシノールD−G
・硫黄:鶴見化学工業社製金華印油入微粉硫黄
比較例2のタイヤ用ゴム組成物は、ブタジエンゴムの含有量が20質量%未満であるので、転がり抵抗が大きく、雪上制動性能が劣る。
2 サイドウォール部
Claims (2)
- ブタジエンゴム20〜40質量%および他のジエン系ゴム80〜60質量%からなるゴム成分100質量部に、軟化点が100℃以上の芳香族変性テルペン樹脂およびオイルを合計で45〜65質量部、シリカおよびカーボンブラックを含む充填剤を50〜120質量配合したタイヤ用ゴム組成物であって、前記他のジエン系ゴム100質量%中、乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴムを90質量%以上含み、かつ前記乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴムが、結合スチレン量が30質量%以下である乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴムE−SBR1および結合スチレン量が35質量%以上である乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴムE−SBR2からなり、前記E−SBR1が前記乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴム100質量%中の85〜92質量%を占めると共に、前記ブタジエンゴムの配合量(WB)と前記芳香族変性テルペン樹脂の配合量(WT)の比(WB/WT)が0.5〜3.0であり、前記充填剤中、CTAB比表面積が120〜180m 2 /gであるシリカが10質量%以上であることを特徴とするタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物を使用したことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
