Description
Claims (12)
- 金属ボロハイドライドから水素を生成できる酸化コバルト−酸化鉄で構成される触媒、塩基及び陽性子供与溶媒の溶液内の金属ボロハイドライドを含む水素生成用組成物であって、前記コバルトと鉄のモル比が6:4ないし9:1であることを特徴とする水素生成用組成物。
- 前記酸化コバルト−酸化鉄は、非担持形態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素生成用組成物。
- 前記触媒は、粉末、チップ、ディスク、棒、ワイヤー、メッシュ、ビード、モノリス、多孔質のストリップ、または非多孔質のストリップ形態であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水素生成用組成物。
- 前記酸化コバルト−酸化鉄は、担持体に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素生成用組成物。
- 前記担持体は、金属、セラミック、高分子、ガラス、ファイバ、ファブリック、テキスタイル、織布、不織布、合金、ゼオライト、分子シーブ、イオン交換樹脂、グラファイト、金属酸化物、金属炭化物、金属ボレート、金属窒化物、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水素生成用組成物。
- 金属ボロハイドライド、塩基及び陽性子供与溶媒を含む溶液と、コバルトと鉄のモル比が6:4ないし9:1である酸化コバルト−酸化鉄で構成される金属酸化物触媒とを接触させる工程を含む、請求項1に記載の水素生成用組成物を利用した水素製造方法。
- 前記金属ボロハイドライドは、水素化ホウ素リチウム、水素化ホウ素ナトリウム、水素化ホウ素カリウム、水素化ホウ素アンモニウム、テトラメチル水素化ホウ素アンモニウム、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の水素製造方法。
- 前記塩基は、水酸化リチウム、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、水酸化アンモニウム、硫化ナトリウム、亜鉛酸ナトリウム、ナトリウムガレート、ケイ酸ナトリウム、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の水素製造方法。
- 前記陽性子供与溶媒は、水、アルコール、エチレングリコール、グリセロール、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロパノール、イソブタノール、プロパノール、プロパンジオール、ブタノール、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の水素製造方法。
- (a)コバルトと鉄のモル比が6:4ないし9:1であり、酸化コバルト−酸化鉄で構成される非活性化された金属酸化物触媒を溶媒内で超音波処理する工程と、
(b)溶媒を利用して前記触媒を洗浄する工程と、
(c)前記触媒を200℃ないし1200℃で加熱する工程と、を含む非活性化された水素製造用金属酸化物触媒の再生方法。 - 前記加熱は、マイクロウェーブオーブン、高温加熱炉、電気加熱オーブン、ヒートガン、熱板またはそれらの組み合わせにより行われることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の非活性化された水素製造用金属酸化物触媒の再生方法。
- 前記溶媒は、脱イオン水であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の非活性化された水素製造用金属酸化物触媒の再生方法。
