<実施例6> 水素生成実験
Claims (19)
- 酸化状態がCo2+またはCo3+である炭酸コバルトまたはその混合物を含む水素製造用炭酸コバルト触媒。
- 前記炭酸コバルトがCoO、Co2O3、Co3O4、またはその混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素製造用炭酸コバルト触媒。
- 前記炭酸コバルトは、非担持触媒形態になっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素製造用炭酸コバルト触媒。
- 前記炭酸コバルト触媒は、粉末、チップ、ディスク、棒、ワイヤー、メッシュ、ビード、モノリス、多孔質のストリップ、または非多孔質のストリップ状になったことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水素製造用炭酸コバルト触媒。
- 前記炭酸コバルトが担持体に担持されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素製造用炭酸コバルト触媒。
- 前記担持体は、金属、セラミック、高分子、ガラス、ファイバ、ファブリック、テキスタイル、織布、不織布、合金、ゼオライト、分子シーブ、イオン交換樹脂、グラファイト、金属酸化物、金属炭化物、金属ホウ化物、金属窒化物、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の水素製造用炭酸コバルト触媒。
- コバルト金属を200℃ないし1200℃の温度で加熱する工程を含む、コバルト金属から請求項1に記載の炭酸コバルト触媒を製造する炭酸コバルト触媒の製造方法。
- 前記加熱は、コバルト金属の熱酸化、水熱酸化、または水蒸気酸化によることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の炭酸コバルト触媒の製造方法。
- コバルト金属から製造された炭酸コバルトの酸化及び焼成は、マイクロウェーブオーブン、電気高温加熱炉、電気加熱オーブン、ヒートガン、熱板またはそれらの組み合わせにより行われることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の炭酸コバルト触媒の製造方法。
- コバルト化合物を熱分解する工程を含む、コバルト化合物から請求項1に記載の炭酸コバルト触媒を製造する炭酸コバルト触媒の製造方法。
- 前記コバルト化合物は、塩化コバルト、硝酸コバルト、炭酸コバルト、水炭酸コバルト、ホウ酸コバルト、酢酸コバルト、シュウ酸コバルト、またはコバルトを含む有機金属化合物であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の炭酸コバルト触媒の製造方法。
- 熱分解工程及び空気中で行われるグリシンナイトレート工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の炭酸コバルト触媒の製造方法。
- 金属ボロハイドライド、塩基、及び陽性子供与溶媒を含む溶液を炭酸コバルト触媒と接触させる工程を含む、請求項1に記載の炭酸コバルト触媒を利用する水素製造方法。
- 前記金属ボロハイドライドは、水素化ホウ素リチウム、水素化ホウ素ナトリウム、水素化ホウ素カリウム、水素化ホウ素アンモニウム、テトラメチル水素化ホウ素アンモニウム、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の水素製造方法。
- 前記塩基は、水酸化リチウム、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、水酸化アンモニウム、硫化ナトリウム、亜鉛酸ナトリウム、ナトリウムガレート、ケイ酸ナトリウム、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の水素製造方法。
- 前記陽性子供与溶媒が水、アルコール、エチレングリコール、グリセロール、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロパノール、イソブタノール、プロパノール、プロパンジオール、ブタノール、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の水素製造方法。
- (a)非活性化された炭酸コバルト触媒を溶媒内で超音波処理する工程と、
(b)溶媒を利用して前記触媒を洗浄する工程と、
(c)前記触媒を約200℃ないし1200℃で加熱する工程と、を含む、非活性化された水素製造用炭酸コバルト触媒の再生方法。 - 前記加熱は、マイクロウェーブオーブン、高温加熱炉、電気加熱オーブン、ヒートガン、熱板またはそれらの組み合わせにより行われることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の非活性化された水素製造用炭酸コバルト触媒の再生方法。
- 前記溶媒は、脱イオン水であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の非活性化された水素製造用金属酸化物触媒の再生方法。
