図1および図2は,本形態の成形機100の概略構成を示している。なお,図1は金型を離間させた状態を示しており,図2は金型を圧接させた状態を示している。また,図3,図4および図23は,本形態の金型の概略構成を示している。なお,図3および図23は圧接させた状態の側面断面を,図4は固定金型の圧接面をそれぞれ示している。図3は図23の破線部分を拡大した図である。
本形態の成形機は,第1の形態と同様に,固定金型を備えた固定プラテンと,可動金型を備えた可動プラテンとを有している。本形態の成形機は,型締め力が150kN以下の小型成形機である。また,本形態の成形機は,1回の型締めにより4個〜16個の成形品の取り出しが可能である。
Claims (8)
- 固定側金型と,その固定側金型に対して接離可能に設けられた可動側金型とを有し,
前記可動側金型と前記固定側金型とを圧接させる際の型締め力が150kN以下であり,
前記固定側金型と前記可動側金型とを圧接させた状態で,投影面積が1cm2 〜12cm2 のランナー部が構成され,そのランナー部を通って前記金型間の製品転写部に樹脂材料を充填することにより,外径が2mm〜12mmの範囲内であるとともに光学面の面粗度がRa20nm以下である光学部品を,
1回の型締めにより,少なくとも4個の多数個取りが可能であることを特徴とする光学部品の製造装置。 - 請求項1に記載する光学部品の製造装置において,
ランナー部のパターンは直交2方向によって構成されていることを特徴とする光学部品の製造装置。 - 請求項2に記載する光学部品の製造装置において,
前記固定側金型と前記可動側金型との少なくとも一方の金型に挿入され,圧接面から見た外形形状が矩形である転写部材を有し,
その転写部材に製品転写部が設けられていることを特徴とする光学部品の製造装置。 - 請求項1に記載する光学部品の製造装置において,
ランナー部のパターンはスプルー部から放射状に広がるように構成されていることを特徴とする光学部品の製造装置。 - 請求項4に記載する光学部品の製造装置において,
前記固定側金型と前記可動側金型との少なくとも一方の金型に挿入され,圧接面から見た外形形状が円形である転写部材を有し,
その転写部材に製品転写部が設けられていることを特徴とする光学部品の製造装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載する光学部品の製造装置において,
ランナー部は,スプルー部からゲート部に至るまでの間に1回〜3回の範囲内で屈曲し,各屈曲部には樹脂溜まりが設けられていることを特徴とする光学部品の製造装置。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載する光学部品の製造装置において,
製品転写材の光学面の転写部には,光学部品の光軸を中心とした輪帯状の段差が設けられていることを特徴とする光学部品の製造装置。 - 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1つに記載する光学部品の製造装置において,
前記光学部品の外径は,2mm〜7mmの範囲内であることを特徴とする光学部品の製造装置。
