Vf=Vt×R2/(R1+R2) ……(1)
となる。
Vf=Vt×(R21+R22)/(R1+R21+R22) ……(2)
となる。このように、フォーカス電圧Vfと管電圧Vtは図6に示したような比例関係を有しており、管電圧Vtの変動が電子ビームの焦点径に与える影響を小さくすることができる。
Vc=Vf×R21/(R21+R22) ……(3)
となり、フォーカス電圧Vfに比例していることが分かる。また、フォーカス電圧Vfは管電圧Vtに比例しているため、カソード電圧Vcと管電圧Vtは比例関係にある。

Claims (2)
- 電子ビームを発生するカソード電極と、前記カソード電極が発生した前記電子ビームの流れを制御するグリッド電極と、前記電子ビームを集束するフォーカス電極と、前記フォーカス電極で集束された前記電子ビームの衝突によりX線を放出する陽極ターゲットと、前記陽極ターゲットに印加する管電圧を生成する管電圧発生部と、前記フォーカス電極に印加するフォーカス電圧を生成するフォーカス電圧発生部と、前記カソード電極および前記グリッド電極間に印加するバイアス電圧を生成するバイアス電圧発生部と、前記フォーカス電圧を分圧してカソード電圧を生成し、このカソード電圧を前記バイアス電圧発生部が生成する前記バイアス電圧と合成して前記カソード電極に印加する分圧部とを具備することを特徴とするX線発生装置。
- 前記分圧部で生成する前記カソード電圧は、これと同じ大きさの電圧が前記カソード電極および前記グリッド電極間に印加された場合に管電流が流れない大きさに設定されている請求項1記載のX線発生装置。
