Claims (4)
- 圧力媒体で負荷されるピストンシリンダユニットによって制御可能な少なくとも1つのクラッチ(201,202)と、さらに、伝動装置制御のための作動装置(304,305)と、クラッチ(201,202)及び作動装置(304,305)への圧力媒体供給および圧力媒体制御のためのポンプ(203)および弁とを備えた伝動装置のための制御装置において、クラッチ(201,202)から圧力媒体が戻されるようにクラッチ(201,202)に接続されている、スプール(611)を備えた、前制御弁(630)によって制御可能な弁(610)が、一方のスプール位置で作動装置(304,305)からポンプ(203)への圧力媒体戻り流を制御し、他方のスプール位置で、高められたクラッチ冷却の目的で作動装置(304,305)から別のポンプ(600)への圧力媒体戻し流を制御するようになっており、前記別のポンプ(600)が吸込噴流ポンプであることを特徴とする制御装置。
- 前記弁(610)に対して平行に、絞り(295)を備えたバイパス管路(294)が前記作動装置(304,305)または冷却器または前記クラッチからポンプ(203)への圧力媒体戻り流のための、作動装置(304,305)と弁(610)とを接続する管路(292)と、前記作動装置(304,305)から別のポンプ(600)への圧力媒体戻し流のための弁(610)と別のポンプ(600)とを接続する管路(296)との間に開口し、前記別のポンプ(600)に通じている、請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 1つの前制御弁(630)が、安全弁(230)の前制御圧も、圧力媒体戻り流を制御するための弁(610)の前制御圧をも制御するようになっている、請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 前制御弁(630)によって調節可能な前制御圧が、少なくとも3つの圧力レベルに調節可能であり、最大圧が加えられると、安全弁(230)が第2のスプール位置に切り換えられ、より低い圧力が加えられると、安全弁が第1のスプール位置に留まるようになっており、圧力媒体戻り流を制御するための弁(610)が、最小圧力レベルで第1のスプール位置に留まり、中間圧が達成されると、第2のスプール位置に切り換えられるようになっている、請求項3記載の制御装置。
