Description
図1は内視鏡用高周波切開具の先端部分の側面断面図、図2は平面図であり、例えば四フッ化エチレン樹脂チューブ等からなる電気絶縁性の可撓性シース1の先端付近の側面部に高周波電極2が外面に露出して配置され、可撓性シース1内に挿通配置された導電線3が高周波電極2に導通接続されている。

Claims (4)
- 電気絶縁性の可撓性シースの先端付近の側面部に高周波電極が外面に露出して配置され、上記可撓性シース内に挿通配置された導電線が上記高周波電極に導通接続された内視鏡用高周波切開具において、
上記可撓性シースがその先端近傍であって上記高周波電極より基端寄りの位置において先側シースと基側シースとに分割され、その分割部において上記先側シースと上記基側シースとが軸線周りに相対的に回転自在に接続されて、上記基側シースの基端側から上記導電線を軸線周りに回転させることにより上記先側シースが上記基側シースに対して軸線周りに回転するように構成されると共に、
上記導電線の先端と上記高周波電極とが上記先側シース内において機械的及び電気的につながっており、
上記導電線の先端部分付近が上記先側シースに固定されて、上記高周波電極が破断しても上記先側シースが上記導電線から分離されないようにしたことを特徴とする内視鏡用高周波切開具。 - 上記導電線の先端部分付近に固定された固定部材が上記先側シース内に圧入固定されていることにより、上記導電線が上記先側シースに固定されている請求項1記載の内視鏡用高周波切開具。
- 上記固定部材に、側面から軸線位置に達する溝が軸線と平行方向に全長にわたって形成されていて、その溝内に上記導電線が挿通固定されている請求項2記載の内視鏡用高周波切開具。
- 上記高周波電極が上記導電線を形成する素線の一部を延長して上記先側シースの先端付近で後方に曲げ戻して形成され、その後方に向かう部分が上記溝内を通って上記固定部材の後側に延出している請求項3記載の内視鏡用高周波切開具。
