Description
そして、可撓性チューブの先端部分が斜めに切断された形状に形成されてその最先端部分に丸みが形成されていてもよく、或いは、可撓性チューブの先端部分が舌状に部分的に突出した形状に形成されてその最先端部分に丸みが形成されていてもよい。
その場合、高周波電極が、全範囲において仮想線に対して略直交する向きに配置されていてもよく、高周波電極が略U字状に形成されて、その平行部は仮想線に対して平行に配置され、曲げ戻し部が仮想線に対して略直交する向きに配置されていてもよい。
図1、図2及び図3は、本発明の第1の実施例の内視鏡用高周波切開具の先端付近の側面断面図、平面図及び正面図である。

Claims (5)
- 内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱自在な電気絶縁性の可撓性チューブ内に、高周波電源に接続される導電線が挿通配置され、上記可撓性チューブの先端部分が側方から見て斜めに切断された形状に形成されてその突端部に丸みが形成されると共に、上記可撓性チューブを前方から見て上記突端部のある側を下方としたとき、上記導電線が、上記可撓性チューブの上側半部の領域において左右方向に細長い向きに上記可撓性チューブ外に露出して配置され、その導電線の露出部分が高周波電極になっていることを特徴とする内視鏡用高周波切開具。
- 上記高周波電極が、上記可撓性チューブの先端部分の外周面に周方向に間隔をあけて形成された一対の透孔の間で、上記可撓性チューブの上記突端部に対し反対側の外周面に沿って配置されている請求項1記載の内視鏡用高周波切開具。
- 上記高周波電極が、上記可撓性チューブの先端部分の外周面に周方向に間隔をあけて形成された一対の透孔の間で上記可撓性チューブの先端面に沿って配置されている請求項1又は2記載の内視鏡用高周波切開具。
- 上記高周波電極が略U字状に形成されて、その平行部は上記可撓性チューブの先端面に沿って上下方向に配置され、曲げ戻し部が左右方向に配置されている請求項3記載の内視鏡用高周波切開具。
- 上記可撓性チューブが、先端近傍部分とそれより基端寄りの部分とで先側チューブと基側チューブとに別れて形成されて、上記先側チューブと基側チューブとが相対的に軸線周りに回転自在に接続されている請求項1ないし4のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用高周波切開具。
