Description
図1は内視鏡用高周波切断具を示しており、例えば四フッ化エチレン樹脂チューブ等からなる電気絶縁性の可撓性シース1の先端付近の側面部に高周波電極2が外面に露出して配置され、可撓性シース1内に挿通配置された導電線3が高周波電極2に導通接続されている。

Claims (9)
- 電気絶縁性の可撓性シースの先端付近の側面部に高周波電極が外面に露出して配置され、上記可撓性シース内に挿通配置された導電線が上記高周波電極に導通接続された内視鏡用高周波切断具であって、
上記可撓性シースをその先端近傍であって上記高周波電極より基端寄りの位置において先側シースと基側シースとに分割して、その分割部において上記先側シースと上記基側シースとを軸線周りに相対的に回転自在に接続し、上記基側シースの基端側から上記導電線を軸線周りに回転させることにより上記先側シースが上記基側シースに対して軸線周りに回転するようにしたものにおいて、
上記導電線が一本の真っ直ぐな芯線の周囲に複数の素線を撚った撚り線により形成され、上記複数の素線の先端から上記芯線だけが延長されて、上記高周波電極が上記芯線の延長部分で形成され、
その芯線の延長部分が、上記先側シースの側面に穿設された一対の透孔のうち先端寄りの透孔から外方に引き出されて曲げ戻され、その曲げ戻し部分が基端寄りの透孔から上記先側シース内に引き込まれて上記一対の透孔の間において上記先側シースの外面に露出するように配置され、その露出部分が上記高周波電極になっていることを特徴とする内視鏡用高周波切断具。 - 上記基端寄りの透孔から上記先側シース内に引き込まれた上記芯線の延長部分が、上記基側シース内において上記導電線の周囲に固着されることなく巻き付けられている請求項1記載の内視鏡用高周波切断具。
- 上記複数の素線の先端部分が上記芯線の延長部分の根元部分に機械的にかしめ固定されている請求項1又は2記載の内視鏡用高周波切断具。
- 上記先側シースの上記高周波電極の裏側にあたる位置又はその位置から基端方向に真っ直ぐに移動した位置に指標が設けられている請求項1ないし3のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用高周波切断具。
- 上記先側シースの基端部分が上記基側シースの先端部分内に緩く嵌挿されている請求項4記載の内視鏡用高周波切断具。
- 上記先側シースと上記基側シースとの軸線方向への相対的移動を規制するためのストッパチューブが、上記先側シースに固定的に被覆されている請求項5記載の内視鏡用高周波切断具。
- 上記ストッパチューブに上記指標が形成されている請求項6記載の内視鏡用高周波切断具。
- 操作者が保持するための保持部材が上記基側シースの基端部分に連結され、上記基側シースの基端から延出する導電線の基端部分に、導電線を軸線周りに回転操作するための回転操作部材が連結されている請求項1ないし7のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用高周波切断具。
- 上記回転操作部材に、高周波電源コードを接続するための接続端子が配置されている請求項8記載の内視鏡用高周波切断具。
