図7は、本発明の内視鏡用高周波ナイフを示しており、電気絶縁性の可撓性チューブ1の最先端部分に取り付けられた電極支持部材4に、導電性の高周波電極2が首振り自在に支持されて前方に向かって突出した状態に配置されている。

Claims (2)
- 先端が鉤形に曲がった導電性の高周波電極が電気絶縁性の可撓性チューブの先端に前方に突出した状態に配置されて、上記可撓性チューブ内に挿通配置された導電線の先端が上記高周波電極に接続された内視鏡用高周波ナイフにおいて、
上記高周波電極を支持する電極支持部材が、上記可撓性チューブの最先端部分に内挿固定された先端支持筒に軸線周りに回転自在に且つ軸線方向には移動しないように係合されると共に、
上記導電線が基端側から牽引操作された状態では、上記高周波電極が上記可撓性チューブの前方に向かって真っ直ぐに突出した状態になり、上記導電線が基端側から押し込み操作された状態では、上記高周波電極が上記可撓性チューブの斜め前方に向かって突出した状態になるように、上記高周波電極が上記電極支持部材に首振り自在に支持されて、
上記導電線が基端側から軸線周りに回転操作されると、上記高周波電極と上記電極支持部材とが一体となって上記可撓性チューブの先端部分の軸線の延長線周りに回転し、上記導電線が基端側から軸線方向に進退操作されると、上記電極支持部材が動作することなく上記高周波電極が上記首振り動作をすることを特徴とする内視鏡用高周波ナイフ。 - 上記導電線が基端側から強く牽引操作された状態と強く押し込み操作された状態においては各々、上記電極支持部材とそれに当接する上記先端支持筒又は上記可撓性チューブとの間の摩擦抵抗が増大する請求項1記載の内視鏡用高周波ナイフ。
