Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態の内視鏡用処置具1は、高周波電流を通電して使用する処置具であって、第1腕部2と、第2腕部3とを有する把持部4と、把持部4の基端に第1の端部が接続されたワイヤ5と、管状に形成され、内部にワイヤ5及び把持部4が摺動可能に挿通される第1シース(シース)6と、第1シース6が固定された本体7と、本体7に摺動可能に配置され、ワイヤ5の第2の端部が接続された摺動部8とを備えて構成されている。
なお、ワイヤ固定プラグ26は、図示しない高周波電源と接続されており、ワイヤ5を介して通電部13への高周波電流の供給が可能となっている。
さらに、ポリープ等の対象組織の奥側に対象組織に密着した周辺組織がある場合でも、支点部15によって当該組織をさらに奥に押し込むことによって対象組織から引き離すことができる。従って、通電によって周辺組織に損傷を与えずに対象組織のみを焼灼することができる。
すなわち第1腕部34、支点部35、及び通電部36は、単一の第1把持部材33から形成されている。さらに、第1腕部34と第2腕部3とは、加工後においてほぼ同一の長さに形成されている。
また、熱収縮性のチューブを用いると、支点部35への装着が容易になるが、これに代えて樹脂等で形成された通常のチューブを用いて支点部35を絶縁しても良い。
この他、本発明は前述した説明によって限定されることはなく、添付のクレームの範囲によってのみ限定される。

Claims (4)
- 第1腕部と、前記第1腕部と実質的に同一の長さを有し、前記第1腕部と所定の角度をなすように配置された第2腕部と、を有する把持部と、
前記第1腕部及び前記第2腕部の先端からそれぞれ突出して設けられた通電部と、
前記第1腕部の先端に、前記第1腕部と実質的に同一の方向に突出して設けられ、かつ先端に絶縁部を有する支点部と、
前記把持部の基端に第1の端部が接続されたワイヤと、
管状に形成され、内部に前記ワイヤ及び前記把持部が摺動可能に挿通されるシースと、
前記シースが固定された本体と、
前記本体に、前記本体の長手方向に摺動可能に配置され、前記ワイヤの第2の端部が接続された摺動部と、
を備えた内視鏡用処置具。 - 請求項1に記載の内視鏡用処置具であって、前記第1腕部、前記支点部、及び前記通電部が一体に形成されている。
- 請求項1に記載の内視鏡用処置具であって、前記絶縁部は、絶縁性材料で形成されており、前記支点部及び前記第1腕部を絶縁している。
- 請求項1に記載の内視鏡用処置具であって、
管状に形成され、内部に前記シースが摺動可能に挿通される外側シースをさらに備え、
前記外側シースの端部は、前記摺動体に固定されている。
