Abstract

本发明公开了一种冷热一体的圈套器,包括圈套,连接圈套的拉索,连接拉索的手环,手环固定在芯杆上,手环靠近圈套一端设有限位块,芯杆前端设有定位帽,定位帽上设有电连接拉索的导电插头,所述圈套由锋利的金属丝编织而成,在金属丝上涂覆用于测量息肉大小的颜色层。本发明可不通电直接进行息肉切除手术,与传统电圈套器相比大大减少了手术时间,减少了术中出血,及术后延迟出血的风险。

Description

一种冷热一体的圈套器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其是一种可以同时实现通电和不通电进行内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)的冷热一体圈套器。
背景技术
内镜下粘膜切除术(EMR),是指于病灶(如无蒂息肉、平坦或浅凹陷型息肉、平滑肌瘤、食管、胃、结肠早期癌等)的粘膜下层内注射药物形成液体垫后切取大块粘膜组织的技术方法。其优点是不用开刀手术,在内镜下即可将病灶切除。
传统的电圈套器切除息肉,往往伴随着穿孔、术中、术后出血以及灼伤病人的风险。针对抗凝治疗患者,进行EMR手术前往往需要停服抗凝药。由于组织烧灼导致切除的息肉的组织学检查有妨碍,而息肉切除术的基本原则之一就是完整的切除息肉以提供充分的组织学检查,这一点在针对小型息肉(≤9mm)时,电圈套器无法满足要求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种冷热一体的圈套器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种冷热一体的圈套器,包括圈套,连接圈套的拉索,连接拉索的手环,手环固定在芯杆上,手环前端设有限位块,芯杆靠近圈套一端设有定位帽,定位帽上设有电连接拉索的导电插头,所述圈套由锋利的金属丝编织而成,在金属丝上涂覆用于测量息肉大小的颜色层。
本发明中,所述圈套为椭圆形、六角形、半月形、菱形以及泪滴形中的任意一种。
本发明中,所述拉锁外设有外鞘管。外鞘管由加强的塑料管,或绕曲设计的弹簧管制成,收缩量小,为切割提供最大的支撑。
本发明中,所述定位帽朝向圈套一侧连接有包覆部分外鞘管的护套管。
本发明的圈套器,可以实现通电和不通电切除息肉。圈套的金属线保证了切割的锋利。
所述的圈套器通过手环、限位块以及芯杆实现套圈的打开、回撤、旋转。
本发明是针对内镜下黏膜切除术设计的一种冷热一体的圈套器,套圈上带有不同颜色标记,用于测量息肉大小,当息肉超出标记线外,可通电操作,可作为传统圈套器使用,当息肉处于标记内时,息肉小于9mm,可不通电直接进行息肉切除手术,与传统电圈套器相比大大减少了手术时间,减少了术中出血,及术后延迟出血的风险,同时冷切除的组织可以充分提供组织学检查,同时也为抗凝治疗患者进行息肉切除提供一种更有效的方法。
本发明有益效果如下:a.套圈自带测量标记,可根据标记选择冷切或热切;b.通电时,可作为传统圈套器使用;c.冷切时,无需通电,降低灼伤病人的风险,手术操作时间缩短;d.术中即刻出血少;e.术后延迟出血少;f.无需术后预防性钳夹。

具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的各个附图标记含义如下:1:套圈;2:拉索;3:外鞘管;4:护套管;5:导电插头6:定位帽;7:限位块;8:手环;9芯杆。
如图1、图2、以及图3所示,本实施例公开了一种冷热一体的圈套器,包括菱形圈套1,连接圈套的拉索2,连接拉索的手环8,手环8固定在芯杆9上,手环8前端设有限位块7,芯杆9靠近圈套一端设有定位帽6,定位帽6上设有电连接拉索的导电插头5,所述圈套1由两根锋利的金属丝编织而成,在金属丝上涂覆用于测量息肉大小的颜色层。所述拉锁外设有外鞘管3。所述定位帽朝向圈套一侧连接有包覆部分外鞘管的护套管4。图3中灰色填充部分为息肉组织。
本实施例中滑块8可在芯杆9上来回滑动,通过拉索2控制套圈1的打开和回撤。限位块7,可固定于芯杆9上,用于控制滑块8来回移动的距离。芯杆9与定位帽6,为滑动套接,芯杆9可绕其轴向转动,拉索2为一个可同步传递扭矩的钢丝绳或单丝,传递芯杆9的扭矩至套圈1,可实现套圈1与芯杆9的同步旋转。导电插头5与拉索2接触,拉索2与套圈1相连,形成导电通路。
使用时,在内窥镜的辅助监视作用下将止血钳输送到病变指定位置,将手柄处的导电插头接通高频电源,滑块后撤,钳头闭合,此时可以作为高频切开刀使用,对病变组织进行标记,切割;若在手术过程中发生出血,可推进手柄处滑块,使钳头打开同时旋转芯杆带头钳头旋转,此时可以作为止血钳对出血处进行止血。手术完成后也可以夹取出切割下来的病变组织。
如图4所示,当然所述圈套也可以为图中由左至右椭圆形、六角形、半月形、以及泪滴形中的任意一种。
本发明提供了一种冷热一体的圈套器,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种冷热一体的圈套器,包括圈套,连接圈套的拉索,连接拉索的手环,手环固定在芯杆上,手环靠近圈套一端设有限位块,芯杆前端设有定位帽,定位帽上设有电连接拉索的导电插头,其特征在于,所述圈套由锋利的金属丝编织而成,在金属丝上涂覆用于测量息肉大小的颜色层,所述圈套为椭圆形、六角形、半月形、菱形以及泪滴形中的任意一种,拉锁外设有外鞘管,定位帽朝向圈套一侧连接有包覆部分外鞘管的护套管。
