所定の長さを有する直線状の内管を準備する段階、
第1端部と第2端部とにより形成される所定の長さを有する直線状の相対的に大径の外管を準備する段階、
外管の中に内管を挿通して、外管と内管とを所定の相対的な位置になるように位置決めをする段階、
外管の第1端部を内管に固定して二重管の第1固定部を形成する段階、
所定の部位で外管と内管とが同時に曲げられて曲げ部を形成するように曲げ加工を行う段階、及び、
外管の第2端部を内管に固定して二重管の第2固定部を形成する段階、を含むことを特徴としている。

Claims (8)
- 両端側で互いに固定される一本の外管と一本の内管とを具備し、少なくとも一つの曲げ部を有する、車両用空調装置において利用される二重管を製造する方法であって、以下に示される順序で実施される段階、即ち、
所定の長さを有する直線状の内管であって、周方向に延びる第1周回溝及び第2周回溝と、前記第1周回溝及び前記第2周回溝の間で螺旋状に延びて前記第1及び第2周回溝を接続する螺旋溝とを有し、前記第1周回溝と前記第2周回溝の軸方向の間隔が第1間隔である内管を準備する段階、
第1端部と第2端部とにより形成される所定の長さを有する直線状の相対的に大径の外管であって、該外管の外側に突出していて第2間隔で軸方向に離間された第1バーリング孔と第2バーリング孔とを有し、前記第1バーリング孔は前記第2バーリング孔よりも前記第1端部に近接しており、前記第2間隔は曲げ部を形成する際に生じる前記内管と該外管の伸び量を考慮して前記第1間隔に対して設定されている外管を準備する段階、
前記外管の中に前記内管を挿通して、前記外管と前記内管とを所定の相対的な位置になるように位置決めをする段階、
前記外管の第1端部を前記内管に固定して二重管の第1固定部を形成する段階であって、前記第1周回溝が前記第2周回溝よりも前記第1固定部に近く配置される、二重管の第1固定部を形成する段階、
所定の部位で前記外管と前記内管とが同時に曲げられて前記曲げ部を形成するように曲げ加工を行う段階、及び、
前記外管の第2端部を前記内管に固定して二重管の第2固定部を形成する段階、を含み、
前記第2固定部を形成する前記段階の後、前記第1周回溝の位置と前記第1バーリング孔の位置とが合うとともに、前記第2周回溝の位置と前記第2バーリング孔の位置とが合った前記二重管が得られることを特徴とする、車両用空調装置において利用される二重管を製造する方法。 - 複数の曲げ部を有する二重管を製造する、請求項1に記載の方法であって、曲げ加工を行う前記段階において、二重管の前記第1固定部に近い方の曲げ部から順番に曲げ加工が行われることを特徴とする、二重管を製造する方法。
- 二重管の第1固定部及び第2固定部を形成する前記各段階において、前記外管の第1端部及び第2端部が縮径されて内管にかしめ固定されることにより、二重管の前記第1固定部及び第2固定部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二重管を製造する方法。
- 二重管の第1固定部及び第2固定部を形成する前記各段階において、前記外管の第1端部及び第2端部と固定されるべき内管の部分が拡管されて外管の第1端部及び第2端部にかしめ固定されることにより、二重管の前記第1固定部及び第2固定部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二重管を製造する方法。
- 前記かしめ固定により二重管の第1固定部を形成する前記段階より後に、前記第1固定部の前記外管の第1端部を内管にろう付けにより接合する段階をさらに含み、前記かしめ固定により二重管の第2固定部を形成する前記段階より後に、前記第2固定部の前記外管の第2端部を内管にろう付けにより接合する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の二重管を製造する方法。
- 外管を準備する前記段階で準備される前記外管の第1端部及び第2端部の内周面に、先端に向けて薄肉となるテーパー部が形成されている請求項5に記載の二重管を製造する方法であって、前記外管の第1端部及び第2端部をそれぞれ内管にろう付けにより接合する前記各段階において、前記テーパー部によって外管の前記第1端部及び第2端部と内管との間にそれぞれ形成される隙間にろう材が供給されることを特徴とする、二重管の製造方法。
- 二重管の前記第1固定部及び第2固定部を形成する前記各段階において、二重管の前記第1固定部及び第2固定部が、前記外管と前記内管とをろう付けにより接合することにより形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二重管を製造する方法。
- 内管を準備する前記段階において準備される内管の、外管に接合されるべき部分の外径が、前記外管の内径よりわずかに小であるように拡管されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の二重管を製造する方法。
