Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture the high accurate curved multilayer pipe at good producibility, by freezing the freezable liquid filled in the respective gap of the multilayer pipe blank being constituted by inserting the inner pipe of smaller diameter into the outer pipe of larger diameter, and then, by bending the multilayer pipe blank together with the freezed freezable liquid.
CONSTITUTION: The beginning end 21a, of the outer pipe blank 2a of larger diameter being cut into the specified length, is bent outward by the press to form the flange. The beginning end 31a of the inner pipe blank 3a is swelled out by the press machine so as to closely lie upon the inner circumference of the beginning end 21a of the blank 2a, and also, is bent outward to form the flange; after that, the blanks 2a, 3a, are fitted to overlap upon each other, and the beginning ends 21a, 31a, are spot welded to form the multilayer pipe blank 1a. At the beginning end of the blank 1a, the rubber made cap 4 is attached; and the freezably liquid 5, water for instance, is filled into the gap 3b and the ring type gap 13a, and is freezed at -20°CW-30°C; after that, the blank 1a is bent together with the freezed liquid 5 into the specified shape; next, the liquid 5 is molten, the cap 4 is detached, and the liquid 5 is discharged out.
