Claims (12)
- 車外から車内への空気の移動を促進しながら、車外から車内への液体の移動を防止するように構成された車両の吸気部であって、
車外から空気を受ける入口及び該入口と連通する出口を持つハウジングであって、上記出口が、該ハウジングの上方部分に配置され、該ハウジングから車内への空気の流動を促進するハウジングと、
上記入口に隣接して上記ハウジング内に配置され、上記入口から上記出口へ直接の液体の上向きの流れを防止し、それにより、上記出口を通る液体の流れを抑制する第1ダムと、
上記入口と上記第1ダムとに隣接して上記ハウジング内に配置され、上記第1ダムと協働して、上記入口からの液体の流れの少なくとも一部を略下方に向けるように構成された第2ダムと、を有し、
上記ハウジングが、第1及び第2部分を含み、該第1及び第2ダムが、上記第1部分と一体になった一体形阻止構造を構成し、
上記ハウジングの第2部分が、上記阻止構造と協働して、阻止構造と該ハウジングの第2部分との間の液体の流れを阻止するように構成されるチャネルを含む、車両の吸気部。 - 上記ハウジングの一部が、車両ウインドウへ取り付けられるように構成され、上記入口が、上記ウインドウの縁に沿って配置されるように構成される、請求項1の吸気部。
- 上記入口に隣接して配置され、外部から上記ハウジング内への非気体の進行を防止するための通気性バリアーを更に有する、請求項1又は2に記載の吸気部。
- 上記出口に隣接して配置され、上記出口を通過する非気体の進行を防止するための通気性バリアーを更に有する、前記請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の吸気部。
- 互いに隣接して配置され、上記入口からの液体の流れを上記ハウジング内へ向けるような上記入口との関係を持って配置された複数のベーンを更に有する、前記請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の吸気部。
- 上記ベーンの少なくとも一部が、上記入口から上記ハウジングへの液体の流れを略下方に向けるように構成される、請求項5の吸気部。
- 上記第1及び第2のダムが協働して、上記入口からの液体の流れの少なくとも一部を、上記出口に向けて略U字状の流路内で圧送する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つの吸気部。
- 車外から車内への空気の移動を促進しながら、車外から車内への液体の移動を防止するように構成された車両の吸気部であって、
外部から空気を受ける入口と、
上記入口に隣接し、該入口と連通し、該入口から入って直接出て行こうとする上向きの液体の流れを防止するように構成された上部隔壁により一部が規定された第1チャンバーと、
互いに隣接して配置され、上記入口から上記第1チャンバーへ液体の流れを向けるような上記入口との関係を持つ複数のベーンと、
上記第1チャンバーと隣接し、それとの間に共通の壁を持ち、上方部分と、上記第1チャンバーに対して直接開放した下方部分とを含む第2チャンバーと、
上記入口と連通し、上記第2チャンバーの上方部分に隣接し、上記第2チャンバーから車内への空気の流動を促進する出口と、
第1及び第2部分を含み、該第1部分が上記入口を含み、第2部分が上記出口を含み、上記第1及び第2部分が協働して上記第1及び第2チャンバーを形成するハウジングと、
を有し、
上記第1チャンバーの上部隔壁と、上記第1と第2のチャンバーの間の壁とで、上記ハウジングの第1部分と一体となり、該ハウジングの第1部分の内面から上記ハウジングの第2部分に向けて延びる一体形阻止構造を構成し、
上記ハウジングの第2部分が、上記阻止構造と該ハウジングの第2部分との間の液体の流れを防止するために上記阻止構造と協働するように構成されたチャネルを含む車両の吸気部。 - 上記ベーンの少なくとも一部が、上記入口から上記第1チャンバーへの液体の流れを略下方に向けるように構成された、請求項8の吸気部。
- 上記入口に隣接して配置され、外部から上記ハウジング内への非気体の進行を防止するための通気性バリアーを更に有する、請求項8又は9に記載の吸気部。
- 上記出口に隣接して配置され、上記出口を通過する非気体の進行を防止するための通気性バリアーを更に有する、請求項8乃至10のいずれかに記載の吸気部。
- 上記ハウジングの第1部分が車両ウインドウへ取り付けられるように構成され、上記入口が上記ウインドウの縁に沿って配置される、請求項8の吸気部
