上記反射膜は、金属膜あるいは半導体膜より成る単層構造膜とされて成り、かつ、熱記録による追加記録を行うことができる反射膜構成を有し、
上記反射膜に対する追加記録領域が、上記物理的形状変化による情報記録部と少なくとも一部が重なる位置であり、
上記反射膜は、それぞれ再生光に対する未記録状態の反射率をR0、記録状態の反射率をR1とするとき、
0.5〔%〕≦(|R0−R1|/R0)×100〔%〕≦10〔%〕
の範囲で反射率が変化する構成による光記録媒体。 - 上記追加記録領域が、上記物理的形状変化がなされた情報記録部を有する記録領域内に設けられた請求項1に記載の光記録媒体。

0.5〔%〕≦(|R0−R1|/R0)×100〔%〕≦10〔%〕
の構成を有して成る光記録媒体に対して、レーザ光を照射して、その戻り光の反射率変化による微小変化によって上記追加記録の再生を行う光再生方法。 - 少なくとも厚さ方向あるいはトラック幅方向のいずれかの方向に物理的形状変化による情報記録部が形成され反射膜を備えた情報層を有し、上記反射膜が、金属膜あるいは半導体膜より成る単層構造膜とされて成り、かつ、熱記録による追加記録を行うことができる反射膜構成を有し、上記反射膜に対する追加記録領域が、上記物理的形状変化による情報記録部と少なくとも一部が重なる位置であり、該反射膜は、それぞれ再生光に対する未記録状態の反射率をR0、記録状態の反射率をR1とするとき、
0.5〔%〕≦(|R0−R1|/R0)×100〔%〕≦10〔%〕
の構成を有して成る光記録媒体に対する光記録手段を具備し、
該光記録手段は、上記光記録媒体に対し、追加記録情報に応じて変調されるレーザ光の照射手段を有し、
該レーザ光の照射によって、上記反射膜を変質させてその反射率を変化させる熱記録によって追加記録を行う光記録装置。 - 少なくとも厚さ方向あるいはトラック幅方向のいずれかの方向に物理的形状変化による情報記録部が形成され反射膜を備えた情報層を有し、上記反射膜が、金属膜あるいは半導体膜より成る単層構造膜とされて成り、かつ、熱記録による追加記録を行うことができる反射膜構成を有し、上記反射膜に対する追加記録領域が、上記物理的形状変化による情報記録部と少なくとも一部が重なる位置であり、該反射膜は、それぞれ再生光に対する未記録状態の反射率をR0、記録状態の反射率をR1とするとき、

の構成を有して成る光記録媒体に対する光再生手段を具備し、
該光再生手段は、上記光記録媒体に再生光を照射する再生光照射手段と、上記反射膜からの戻り光を検出する検出手段とを有し、該検出手段からの検出出力の微小変化を上記追加記録の再生信号とする光再生装置。 - 少なくとも厚さ方向あるいはトラック幅方向のいずれかの方向に物理的形状変化による情報記録部が形成され反射膜を備えた情報層を有し、上記反射膜が、金属膜あるいは半導体膜より成る単層構造膜とされて成り、かつ、熱記録による追加記録を行うことができる反射膜構成を有し、上記反射膜に対する追加記録領域が、上記物理的形状変化による情報記録部と少なくとも一部が重なる位置であり、該反射膜は、それぞれ再生光に対する未記録状態の反射率をR0、記録状態の反射率をR1とするとき、

の構成を有して成る光記録媒体に対する光記録手段と、光再生手段とを具備し、
該光記録手段は、上記光記録媒体に対する追加記録情報に応じて変調されるレーザ光の照射手段を有し、レーザ光の照射によって、上記反射膜を変質させてその反射率を変化させる熱記録によって追加記録を行い、
上記光再生手段は、上記光記録媒体に再生光を照射する再生光照射手段と、上記反射膜からの戻り光を検出する検出手段とを有し、該検出手段からの検出出力の微小変化を上記追加記録の再生信号とする光記録再生装置。
