Claims (9)
- 弾性体による押圧力を対向面側から受ける摺動部材であって、溶融素材の流動方向に形成された有底穴並びに該有底穴に連通しかつ前記溶融素材の流動方向と交差する向きに開口する少なくとも1個の側面開口を有する摺動部材と、
前記摺動部材を溶融素材の流動方向に並行する方向に摺動可能に受容し、前記溶融素材の流動圧を受けない初期状態において前記摺動部材の側面開口と連通していて、その後前記摺動部材が溶融素材の流動先端部によって前記弾性体に抗する方向に摺動せしめられた際に閉塞される気体放出口を有する摺動部材受容体と、からなる金型内の気体放出構造であって、
固定金型および可動金型によって形成される充填空間または該充填空間に繋がる溶融素材流動路の途中ないし末端付近に装着されることを特徴とする金型内の気体放出構造。 - 前記摺動部材を対向面に押圧する弾性体が、コイルばね、板ばね、ゴム系弾性体、流体圧縮アクチュエータ等から選ばれた1種または複数の組合せから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型内の気体放出構造。
- 前記摺動部材に形成される側面開口と、前記摺動部材受容体に形成される気体放出口との組合せが複数組形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の金型内の気体放出構造。
- 前記気体放出口からの気体放出効果が、前記溶融素材の粘度に応じて変更可能であるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の金型内の気体放出構造。
- 前記気体放出口および前記側面開口の少なくとも一方が非直線状の気体流通路として形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の金型内の気体放出構造。
- 前記気体放出口と前記側面開口とによって形成される開口部の断面積が、前記摺動部材の移動量に応じて経時的に変化するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の金型内の気体放出構造。
- 前記気体放出構造が金型内の所要部位に形成された取付け用凹所に嵌め込み装着可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の金型内の気体放出構造。
- 弾性体による押圧力を対向面から受ける摺動部材であって、溶融素材の流動方向に形成された有底穴並びに該有底穴に連通しかつ前記溶融素材の流動方向と交差する向きに開口する少なくとも1個の側面開口を有する摺動部材と、前記摺動部材を溶融素材の流動方向と並行する方向に摺動可能に受容し、前記溶融素材の流動圧を受けない初期状態において前記摺動部材の側面開口と連通していて、その後前記摺動部材が溶融素材の流動先端部によって前記弾性体に抗する方向に摺動せしめられた際に閉塞される気体放出口を有する摺動部材受容体と、からなる気体放出構造が、固定金型および可動金型によって形成される充填空間または該充填空間に繋がる溶融素材流動路の途中ないし末端付近に予め一体的に配設された、ことを特徴とする金型。
- 前記気体放出口からの気体放出効果が前記溶融素材の粘度に応じて変更可能であるように構成された気体放出構造が、予め一体的に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の金型。
