Description
内燃機関と、
所定の車軸と前記内燃機関の機関軸とに接続されて電力と動力との入出力を伴って前記内燃機関の動力の少なくとも一部を前記車軸側に出力可能な電力動力入出力手段と、
前記車軸または該車軸とは異なる他の車軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定するための駆動力設定制約と前記要求駆動力に対応した前記内燃機関の運転ポイントを設定するための機関運転ポイント設定制約とを含む運転制約を複数の仮想シフト段間で該駆動力設定制約と該機関運転ポイント設定制約との少なくとも何れか一方が異なるように該仮想シフト段ごとに記憶する運転制約記憶手段と、
所定条件が成立したときに、前記複数の仮想シフト段の中から所定の変速制約に基づいて走行状態に応じた仮想シフト段を仮目標シフト段として設定する仮目標シフト段設定手段と、
前記設定された仮目標シフト段と所定の緩変化制約とに基づいて値1よりも小さい変化量をもって緩変化するように実行用シフト段を設定する実行用シフト段設定手段と、
前記設定された実行用シフト段の直下および直上の仮想シフト段に対応した運転制約を用いて求められる仮の要求駆動力と仮の内燃機関の運転ポイントとに基づいて前記実行用シフト段に対応した要求駆動力と前記内燃機関の運転ポイントとを設定する実行用運転条件設定手段と、
前記設定された運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく動力が得られるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるものである。
(a)所定条件が成立したときに、前記複数の仮想シフト段の中から所定の変速制約に基づいて走行状態に応じた仮想シフト段を仮目標シフト段として設定するステップと、
(b)ステップ(a)にて設定された仮目標シフト段と所定の緩変化制約とに基づいて値1よりも小さい変化量をもって緩変化するように実行用シフト段を設定するステップと、
(c)ステップ(b)にて設定された実行用シフト段の直下および直上の仮想シフト段に対応した運転制約を用いて求められる仮の要求駆動力と仮の内燃機関の運転ポイントとに基づいて前記実行用シフト段に対応した要求駆動力と前記内燃機関の運転ポイントとを設定するステップと、
(d)ステップ(c)にて設定された運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共にステップ(c)にて設定された要求駆動力に基づく動力が得られるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御するステップと、
を含むものである。

Claims (10)
- 内燃機関と、
所定の車軸と前記内燃機関の機関軸とに接続されて電力と動力との入出力を伴って前記内燃機関の動力の少なくとも一部を前記車軸側に出力可能な電力動力入出力手段と、
前記車軸または該車軸とは異なる他の車軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定するための駆動力設定制約と前記要求駆動力に対応した前記内燃機関の運転ポイントを設定するための機関運転ポイント設定制約とを含む運転制約を複数の仮想シフト段間で該駆動力設定制約と該機関運転ポイント設定制約との少なくとも何れか一方が異なるように該仮想シフト段ごとに記憶する運転制約記憶手段と、
所定条件が成立したときに、前記複数の仮想シフト段の中から所定の変速制約に基づいて走行状態に応じた仮想シフト段を仮目標シフト段として設定する仮目標シフト段設定手段と、
前記設定された仮目標シフト段と所定の緩変化制約とに基づいて値1よりも小さい変化量をもって緩変化するように実行用シフト段を設定する実行用シフト段設定手段と、
前記設定された実行用シフト段の直下および直上の仮想シフト段に対応した運転制約を用いて求められる仮の要求駆動力と仮の内燃機関の運転ポイントとに基づいて前記実行用シフト段に対応した要求駆動力と前記内燃機関の運転ポイントとを設定する実行用運転条件設定手段と、
前記設定された運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく動力が得られるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車において、
通常走行用の第1のシフトポジションと、前記複数の仮想シフト段に対応づけられた第2のシフトポジションとの選択を運転者に許容すると共に、前記第2のシフトポジションが選択されているときに前記複数の仮想シフト段の中から任意の仮想シフト段の選択を運転者に許容するシフトポジション選択手段を更に備え、前記所定条件は、前記第2のシフトポジションが選択されており、かつ運転者により前記仮想シフト段の変更がなされていないときに成立するハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド自動車において、
車速を検出する車速検出手段を更に備え、
前記複数の仮想シフト段のそれぞれに対応づけられた前記運転制約は、アクセルオフ状態での車速と前記要求駆動力との関係を規定する駆動力設定制約と、前記アクセルオフ状態での車速と前記内燃機関の目標回転数との関係を規定する機関運転ポイント設定制約とを含み、前記複数の仮想シフト段間では、前記駆動力設定制約と前記機関運転ポイント設定制約との双方が異なっているハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1から3の何れかに記載のハイブリッド自動車において、
車速を検出する車速検出手段を更に備え、
前記複数の仮想シフト段のそれぞれに対応づけられた前記運転制約は、アクセルオン状態での車速と前記要求駆動力との関係を規定する駆動力設定制約と、前記アクセルオン状態での車速と前記内燃機関の下限回転数との関係を規定する機関運転ポイント設定制約とを含み、前記複数の仮想シフト段間では、前記機関運転ポイント設定制約が異なっているハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1から4の何れかに記載のハイブリッド自動車において、
通常走行用の第1の運転モードと該第1の運転モードに比べてアクセル操作に対する動力の出力の応答性を高める傾向をもった第2の運転モードとの何れかを選択するための運転モード選択手段と、
前記第1または第2の運転モードに対応した駆動力設定制約を用いて前記アクセル操作に応じた要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段を更に備え、
前記所定条件は、前記第2の運転モードが選択されており、かつ前記アクセル操作の状態がアクセルオフ状態であるときに成立するハイブリッド自動車。 - 前記第2の運転モードに対応した駆動力設定制約は、前記第1の運転モードに対応した駆動力設定制約に比べて同一のアクセル操作量に対する前記要求駆動力を大きく設定する傾向を有している請求項5に記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 前記緩変化制約は、前記実行用シフト段の上昇側と下降側とにおける変化量をそれぞれ値1よりも小さく制限する制約である請求項1から6の何れかに記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 前記変速制約は、運転者によるアクセル操作の状態と車速と前記仮想シフト段との関係を規定する変速線図である請求項1から6の何れかに記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、動力を入出力可能な発電用電動機と、前記車軸と前記内燃機関の前記機関軸と前記発電用電動機の回転軸との3軸に接続され、これら3軸のうちの何れか2軸に入出力される動力に基づく動力を残余の軸に入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段とを含む請求項1から8の何れかに記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 内燃機関と、所定の車軸と前記内燃機関の機関軸とに接続されて電力と動力との入出力を伴って前記内燃機関の動力の少なくとも一部を前記車軸側に出力可能な電力動力入出力手段と、前記車軸または該車軸とは異なる他の車軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定するための駆動力設定制約と前記要求駆動力に対応した前記内燃機関の運転ポイントを設定するための機関運転ポイント設定制約とを含む運転制約を複数の仮想シフト段間で該駆動力設定制約と該機関運転ポイント設定制約との少なくとも何れか一方が異なるように該仮想シフト段ごとに記憶する運転制約記憶手段とを備えたハイブリッド自動車の制御方法であって、
(a)所定条件が成立したときに、前記複数の仮想シフト段の中から所定の変速制約に基づいて走行状態に応じた仮想シフト段を仮目標シフト段として設定するステップと、
(b)ステップ(a)にて設定された仮目標シフト段と所定の緩変化制約とに基づいて値1よりも小さい変化量をもって緩変化するように実行用シフト段を設定するステップと、
(c)ステップ(b)にて設定された実行用シフト段の直下および直上の仮想シフト段に対応した運転制約を用いて求められる仮の要求駆動力と仮の内燃機関の運転ポイントとに基づいて前記実行用シフト段に対応した要求駆動力と前記内燃機関の運転ポイントとを設定するステップと、
(d)ステップ(c)にて設定された運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共にステップ(c)にて設定された要求駆動力に基づく動力が得られるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御するステップと、
を含むハイブリッド自動車の制御方法。
