Claims (9)
- 溶射皮膜を形成する前の円筒内面を粗面に形成する際に、外周面に凹凸を有する加工用ローラを前記円筒内面に押し付けつつ回転移動させることで、前記円筒内面を凹凸形状として粗面化する溶射前処理方法において、主軸の軸方向両端部付近の外周部に一端を固定した大径筒部に対して一端側が該大径筒部の軸方向に移動可能でかつ他端側が前記加工用ローラの軸方向両端に設けてあるローラ支持軸に固定される小径筒部を設け、前記大径筒部および小径筒部内に収容した押圧手段により、前記ローラ支持軸を前記主軸から離れる方向に押圧して前記加工用ローラを前記円筒内面に押し付けることを特徴とする溶射前処理方法。
- 前記加工用ローラは、外周面全体に前記凹凸を有し、その軸方向長さが、前記円筒内面の同方向長さ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶射前処理方法。
- 前記加工用ローラは、前記主軸を中心として互いに反対側に一対設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の溶射前処理方法。
- 前記円筒内面は、アルミ合金製のシリンダブロックのシリンダボア内面であって、前記溶射皮膜を形成する材料は鉄系材料であり、前記加工用ローラの前記シリンダボア内面に接触する部位に、ニッケル系材料を付着させ、前記加工用ローラを前記シリンダボア内面に押し付けることで、前記円筒内面を前記凹凸形状とするとともに、前記ニッケル系材料を前記凹凸形状部分に付着させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の溶射前処理方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の溶射前処理方法によって、溶射皮膜を形成する前のシリンダボア内面を粗面に形成することを特徴とするエンジンのシリンダブロック。
- 溶射皮膜を形成する前の円筒内面を粗面に形成する際に、外周面に凹凸を有する加工用ローラを前記円筒内面に押し付けつつ回転移動させることで、前記円筒内面を凹凸形状として粗面化する溶射前処理装置において、前記加工用ローラは、主軸の軸方向両端部付近の外周部に、一対の加圧機構を介して取り付けられ、前記一対の加圧機構は、前記主軸側に一端を固定した大径筒部と、該大径筒部に対して一端側が大径筒部の軸方向に移動可能でかつ他端側が前記加工用ローラの軸方向両端に設けてあるローラ支持軸に固定される小径筒部と、前記ローラ支持軸を前記主軸から離れる方向に押し付ける押圧手段とを有することを特徴とする溶射前処理装置。
- 前記加工用ローラは、外周面全体に前記凹凸を有し、その軸方向長さが、前記円筒内面の同方向長さ以上であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の溶射前処理装置。
- 前記加工用ローラは、前記主軸を中心として互いに反対側に一対設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の溶射前処理装置。
- 前記円筒内面は、アルミ合金製のシリンダブロックのシリンダボア内面であって、前記溶射皮膜を形成する材料は鉄系材料であり、前記加工用ローラの前記シリンダボア内面に接触する部位に、ニッケル系材料を付着させ、前記加工用ローラを前記シリンダボア内面に押し付けることで、前記円筒内面を前記凹凸形状とするとともに、前記ニッケル系材料を前記凹凸形状部分に付着させることを特徴とする請求項6ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の溶射前処理装置。
