Abstract
【解決手段】 加工装置の主軸5に、加圧機構7を介して加工用ローラ3を取り付ける。加工用ローラ3の外周面には網目状の凹凸3aを形成してあり、この加工用ローラ3をアルミ合金製の円筒内面1に押し付けつつ回転移動させることで、円筒内面1に凹凸3aに対応する微細な凹凸部を形成する。この凹凸部を形成して粗面化したた円筒内面1に、鉄系材料の溶射皮膜を形成する。

Claims (5)
- 溶射皮膜を形成する前の円筒内面を粗面に形成する溶射前処理方法において、外周面に凹凸を有する加工用ローラを前記円筒内面に押し付けつつ回転移動させることで、前記円筒内面を凹凸形状として粗面化することを特徴とする溶射前処理方法。
- 前記加工用ローラは、外周面全体に前記凹凸を有し、その軸方向長さが、前記円筒内面の同方向長さ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶射前処理方法。
- 前記加工用ローラは、加工用ローラを支持する支持部を中心として互いに反対側に一対設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の溶射前処理方法。
- 前記円筒内面は、アルミ合金製のシリンダブロックのシリンダボア内面であって、前記溶射皮膜を形成する材料は鉄系材料であり、前記加工用ローラの前記シリンダボア内面に接触する部位に、ニッケル系材料を付着させ、前記加工用ローラを前記シリンダボア内面に押し付けることで、前記円筒内面を前記凹凸形状とするとともに、前記ニッケル系材料を前記凹凸形状部分に付着させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の溶射前処理方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の溶射前処理方法によって、溶射皮膜を形成する前のシリンダボア内面を粗面に形成することを特徴とするエンジンのシリンダブロック。
