Description
下記の表において、フラットヤーンの引張強度は、KS K0409の方法により測定し、ターポリンの引張強度及び引裂き強度は、各々KS K0520及びKS K0536の方法に基づいて測定した。
Claims (4)
- 緯糸及び経糸を交差させて織造された芯材織物と、
前記芯材織物の両面に形成された低密度ポリエチレンコート層と、を含めてなり、
前記緯糸及び経糸には、全体100重量部に対して30〜50重量部の高密度ポリエチレンと50〜70重量部のポリプロピレンホモポリマーとを混合して製造した延伸糸であるフラットヤーンが用いられ、
緯糸および経糸において、二つのフラットヤーンを長さ方向に沿って重ねたものである部分重畳糸組織を周期的に有するように織造されたことを特徴とするターポリン。 - 高密度ポリエチレンは、温度190℃及び荷重2.16kgの条件で測定したとき、0.6〜1.2g/10分の溶融指数を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターポリン。
- ポリプロピレンホモポリマーは、温度230℃及び荷重2.16kgの条件で測定したとき、1.5〜3.5g/10分の溶融指数を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターポリン。
- フラットヤーンで織物を織造するとき、緯糸及び経糸共に部分重畳糸組織を用い、このときの重畳糸組織の密度は緯糸及び経糸各々1インチ当り3〜6個であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターポリン。
