Description
芯成分がポリプロピレン(融点:168℃)からなり、鞘成分が高密度ポリエチレン(融点:135℃)からなる低伸度芯鞘型複合接着繊維(伸度:30%、繊維径:10μm、繊維長:5mm、ヤング率:45cN/dtex、120℃での熱収縮率:5%)を用意した。
伸度芯鞘型複合接着繊維60mass%とポリプロピレン極細繊維40mass%とを混合したスラリーを調製したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、本発明の不織布(目付:10g/m2、厚さ:25μm、通気性:10cm/sec)を製造した。
芯成分がポリプロピレン(融点:165℃)からなり、鞘成分が高密度ポリエチレン(融点:135℃)からなる低伸度芯鞘型複合接着繊維(伸度:55%、繊維径:10μm、繊維長:5mm、ヤング率:30cN/dtex、120℃での熱収縮率:10%)を使用したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、比較用の不織布(目付:10g/m2、厚さ:25μm、通気性:40cm/sec)を製造した。
シリカ粒子とスチレンブタジエンゴムバインダを水に分散させたスラリーを、グラビアロールを用いたキスコーター法によって、実施例1、実施例2又は比較例1の不織布を5m/minの速度で搬送しながらコーティングした後、赤外線ヒータを用いて80℃で乾燥を行い、得られたコーティング不織布の物性の比較を行った。
Claims (3)
- コーティングされる支持体として用いる目付が20g/m2以下、かつ製造時の流れ方向の伸度が15%以下の不織布であり、伸度が40%以下のポリオレフィン系低伸度複合接着繊維を50mass%以上の量で含む不織布の表面に、無機粒子層が形成されていることを特徴とする、リチウムイオン二次電池用セパレータ。
- ポリオレフィン系低伸度複合接着繊維を60mass%以上の量で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用セパレータ。
- 不織布がポリオレフィン系繊維のみからなることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用セパレータ。
