Claims (3)
- 連結棒によるクランク機構を介してモータ駆動され,かつ,ベース板に設けられたポンプ室に取り付けられた、弾性的なポンプダイアフラムを備え、特に真空を発生させるための吸引ポンプとしてのダイアフラムポンプにおいて、
前記ベース板に設けられた前記ポンプ室の壁部が、中央の平坦な底部から円錐状に拡大して側縁まで延びており、
前記ポンプ室に取り付けられた前記ダイアフラムが、前記連結棒の上死点(TDC)にて前記ポンプ室の壁部全体及びその側縁に実質的に密着し、前記連結棒のTDCにて実際にデッドスペースが残らないように成形されそして配置されており、
前記ダイアフラムが、所定の厚さおよび形状の実質的に硬い弾性材料からできており、
TDCの方向へ前記連結棒が移動すると、前記ポンプ室の壁部及び側縁に同時に適合する前記ダイアフラムの変形が、前記ダイアフラムの後壁の少なくとも一つの環状に延びる凹部によって保証され、その凹部が弾性的に付勢可能な蝶番を構成し、
前記ダイアフラムの後壁における環状の凹部が、前記ポンプ室の平坦な底部と円錐状に拡大する壁部との移行部上の領域にほぼ位置しており、
さらに、前記ダイアフラムの後壁に環状に延びる第二の凹部が設けられ、この第二の凹部が、前記凹部に対して同心円状に前記ポンプ室の側縁上の領域に延びていることを特徴とするダイアフラムポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ室の底部に、吸込み弁及び吐出し弁を設け、これらの弁と前記ポンプ室との間に最小のデッドスペースが残るように、前記底部の領域における前記薄壁のベース板の裏面上に、前記吸込み弁及び吐出し弁を配設したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイアフラムポンプ。
- 前記ダイアフラムがシリコンからできており、たとえば、約80ショア硬さの硬度を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のダイアフラムポンプ。
