Claims (5)
- 커넥팅 로드에 의하여 크랭크 기구를 통하여 모터에 의하여 구동되고 베이스 플레이트에 제공된 펌프실(pump chamber)에 걸쳐있는 탄성 펌프 다이어프램(elastic pump diaphragm)을 구비하고, 특히 진공을 발생하는, 흡입 펌프(suction pump)인 다이어프램 펌프에 있어서,상기 베이스 플레이트에 제공된 펌프실 벽은 중앙의 평평한 베이스부로부터 측면 에지로 원추형으로 넓어지는 방식으로 연장되고,상기 펌프실에 걸쳐있는 다이어프램은 상기 펌프실 벽 전체에 실질적으로 견고하게 지지되는 방식으로 구성 및 배치되고,상기 측면 에지에는 상기 커넥팅 로드의 상사점(TDC)에서, 상기 커넥팅 로드의 상사점에 실질적으로 무효 공간(dead space)이 남지 않으며, 상기 다이어프램은 미리 설정된 두께 및 형상의 실질적으로 견고한 고유 탄성 재질로 이루어지고,동시에 프리텐셔닝(pretensioning)이 행해지면, TDC의 방향으로 상기 커넥팅 로드의 행정시 상기 펌프실의 펌프실 벽 및 측면 에지에 적합하도록 상기 탄성 재질의 변형이 상기 다이어프램의 후벽에서 적어도 하나의 원형으로 뻗어 있는 리세스(recess)에 의하여 보장되고, 상기 리세스는 탄성적으로 프리텐션될 수 있는 힌지를 형성하는것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다이어프램 후벽의 원형 리세스는 대략적으로 상기 펌프실의 평평한 베이스부와 상기 원추형으로 넓어지는 벽부 사이의 전이에 따른 영역 내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,또 하나의 원형으로 뻗어 있는 리세스가 상기 다이어프램의 후벽에 제공되고, 상기 리세스는 상기 펌프실의 상기 측면 에지에 걸쳐 있는 영역의 제1 리세스와 동심상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 펌프실의 베이스부에 흡기 밸브와 배기 밸브가 구비되고, 상기 밸브들은 최소의 무효 공간이 상기 밸브와 상기 펌프실 사이에 남아 있도록 상기 베이스부의 영역에서 얇은 벽으로 된 상기 베이스 플레이트의 후면 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다이어프램은 실리콘으로 제조되고, 예를 들면, 대략 80 쇼어 경도(Shore hardness)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램 펌프.
