Claims (3)
- (A)銅張積層板に、前記銅張積層板の上下銅箔層を貫通し、所定の長さを有する通孔を形成する段階と、
(B)前記銅張積層板の上下銅箔層および前記通孔の内壁に第1銅メッキ層を形成する段階と、
(C)前記第1銅メッキ層が形成された前記通孔の内部に高誘電率物質を充填する段階と、
(D)前記第1銅メッキ層および前記高誘電率物質上に第2銅メッキ層を形成する段階と、
(E)前記通孔に充填された高誘電率物質の長手方向に、第1電極および第2電極が前記高誘電率の両側壁にそれぞれ形成されるように、前記上下銅箔層、前記第1銅メッキ層および前記第2銅メッキ層をCNCドリルまたはレーザドリルを用いて除去する段階とを含むことを特徴とするキャパシタ内蔵型プリント基板の製造方法。 - 前記(A)段階は、銅張積層板に、前記銅張積層板の上下銅箔層を直角に貫通し、所定の長さを有する通孔を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のキャパシタ内蔵型プリント基板の製造方法。
- 前記(A)段階は、銅張積層板に、前記銅張積層板の上下銅箔層を斜めに貫通し、所定の長さを有する通孔を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のキャパシタ内蔵型プリント基板の製造方法。
