Abstract
Description
TiZr-USYゼオライトを、その全ての内容がここに引用される、米国特許第10293332号明細書に記載されているように調製した。
上記のように調製したTiZr-USYゼオライトにイオン交換条件を施す。TiZr-USYゼオライトを、1質量%から10質量%の塩化ランタンの水溶液(La2O3に基づいて計算)に加える。次に、この混合物を10分から4時間に亘り50℃から70℃に加熱する。次に、イオン交換したUSYゼオライトを50℃から70℃の温水で洗浄し、30分から30時間に亘り100℃から180℃で乾燥させ、このようにして、希土類添加TiZr-USYゼオライトを提供する。
結晶化度(%)=(H/H0)×100
を使用して決定する。これらの分析の結果が表1に示されている。
30質量%の希土類添加TiZr-USYゼオライト、および70質量%のアルミナのみの結合剤を使用して、触媒組成物1を配合した。希土類ドーパントを含まない30質量%のTiZr-USYゼオライトおよび70質量%のアルミナのみの結合剤を使用して、触媒組成物2を配合した。この組み合わされたTiZr-USYゼオライトと結合剤を、「担体」と称する。触媒組成物の成分の濃度を規定する目的のために、触媒組成物1と触媒組成物2の両方について、ニッケルとモリブデンを含む水素化成分は、担体の成分として計算した。この水素化成分は、最終的な触媒組成物(触媒+金属)に関する濃度を与えるために、担体濃度に加えられている。例えば、100kgの担体および32kgの水素化成分を含有する触媒組成物は、全触媒組成物の24質量%で水素化成分を有することになるであろう。
真空軽油(VGO)供給物に関する水素化分解プロセスに、触媒組成物1と触媒組成物2の両方を使用した。VGOは、0.923g/cm3の密度、2.51質量%の硫黄含有量、および960ppmの窒素含有量を有していた。ナフサ分画は、C5カットポイントからの分画、すなわち、約32℃から145℃までの分画であると考えた。灯油分画は、145℃から260℃の分画であると考えた。軽油分画は、260℃から360℃の分画であると考えた。中間蒸留物分画は、145℃から360℃の分画であると考えた。未変換の底部分画は、360℃を上回る任意の分画であると考えた。

- 触媒組成物において、
ジルコニウム原子およびチタン原子で置換された少なくとも1種類の骨格置換超安定Y型(USY)ゼオライトを含む触媒担体であって、該少なくとも1種類の骨格置換USYゼオライトは、少なくとも1種類の希土類元素を含む、触媒担体、および
前記触媒担体上に配置された少なくとも1種類の水素化成分、
を含む触媒組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1種類の骨格置換USYゼオライトが、酸化物基準で計算して、0.1質量%から5質量%のジルコニウムおよび0.1質量%から5質量%のチタンで置換されている、請求項1記載の触媒組成物。

- 前記骨格置換USYゼオライトが、600m2/gから900m2/gの比表面積を有する、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記触媒組成物が、200m2/gから450m2/gの比表面積を有する、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記骨格置換USYゼオライトが、20から100のSiO2対Al2O3のモル比を有する、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記触媒組成物が、600Å以下の直径を有する複数の細孔を含み、該細孔は、0.4ml/gから0.75ml/gの体積を有する、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の水素化成分が、前記触媒組成物の0.01質量%から40質量%を構成する、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の水素化成分が、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、ロジウム、パラジウム、銀、イリジウム、白金、金、クロム、モリブデン、タングステン、またはそれらの2つ以上の組合せを含む、請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の触媒組成物。
- 触媒組成物を製造する方法であって、
500℃から700℃の温度を有する炉内で超安定Y型(USY)ゼオライトを加熱する工程、
ジルコニウム化合物およびチタン化合物を前記超安定Y型(USY)ゼオライトと混合して、骨格置換USYゼオライトを生成する工程、および
前記骨格置換USYゼオライトに希土類元素を取り込む工程、
を含む方法。 - 前記混合する工程が、前記USYゼオライトを含有し、5から15の液/固質量比を有する懸濁液を形成し、無機酸または有機酸を加える工程を含む、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記懸濁液が、前記無機酸または前記有機酸を加えた後、2以下のpHを有する、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記希土類元素が、スカンジウム、イットリウム、ランタン、セリウム、プラセオジム、ネオジム、プロメチウム、サマリウム、ユーロピウム、ガドリニウム、テルビウム、ジスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウム、ツリウム、イッテルビウム、ルテニウム、およびそれらの2つ以上の組合せからなる群より選択される、請求項11から13いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 炭化水素油を水素化分解する方法であって、
炭化水素油流を水素化分解するために、反応器内で少なくとも1種類の炭化水素油流を少なくとも1種類の水素化分解触媒組成物および水素と接触させる工程、
を含み、
前記水素化分解触媒組成物は、
ジルコニウム原子およびチタン原子で置換された少なくとも1種類の骨格置換超安定Y型(USY)ゼオライトを含む触媒担体であって、該骨格置換USYゼオライトは、、少なくとも1種類の希土類元素を含む、触媒担体、および
前記触媒担体上に配置された少なくとも1種類の水素化成分、
を含む方法。 - 前記反応器が、300℃から500℃の温度を有する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素油が、375℃から833℃の沸点を有する、請求項15または16記載の方法。
- 前記水素が、3.5MPaから35MPaの圧力で前記反応器に添加される、請求項15から17いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記反応器が、500Nm3/m3から2500Nm3/m3の水素/油比を有する、請求項15から18いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記反応器が、0.1毎時から10毎時の液空間速度を有する、請求項10から14いずれか1項記載の方法。
