Claims (12)
- 混合ガス中の二酸化炭素を分離するガス分離方法であって、
a)平均細孔径が1nm以下の細孔を有する分離膜が多孔質の支持体上に形成された分離膜複合体を準備する工程と、
b)二酸化炭素および他のガスを含む混合ガスを、前記分離膜側から前記分離膜複合体に供給し、前記混合ガス中の二酸化炭素を、前記分離膜および前記支持体を透過させることにより、透過ガスを得る工程と、
を備え、
前記支持体のうち、前記透過ガスが排出される透過側表面の少なくとも一部における温度が、前記分離膜複合体に供給される前の前記混合ガスの温度よりも10℃以上低い状態で、前記b)工程が行われることを特徴とするガス分離方法。 - 請求項1に記載のガス分離方法であって、
前記b)工程にて得られた前記透過ガス中の二酸化炭素濃度は、前記混合ガス中の二酸化炭素濃度よりも高いことを特徴とするガス分離方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載のガス分離方法であって、
前記b)工程において、前記支持体の前記透過側表面の全面の温度が、前記分離膜複合体に供給される前の前記混合ガスの温度よりも10℃以上低いことを特徴とするガス分離方法。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のガス分離方法であって、
前記b)工程において、前記支持体の前記透過側表面の少なくとも一部における温度は、前記分離膜複合体に供給される前の前記混合ガスの温度よりも15℃以上低いことを特徴とするガス分離方法。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のガス分離方法であって、
前記b)工程において前記分離膜複合体に供給される前の前記混合ガスの圧力は1MPa以上であることを特徴とするガス分離方法。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のガス分離方法であって、
前記分離膜は無機膜であることを特徴とするガス分離方法。 - 請求項6に記載のガス分離方法であって、
前記分離膜はゼオライト膜であることを特徴とするガス分離方法。 - 請求項7に記載のガス分離方法であって、
前記分離膜を構成するゼオライトの最大員環数は8以下であることを特徴とするガス分離方法。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載のガス分離方法であって、
前記b)工程において前記分離膜複合体に供給される前の前記混合ガスの水分含有量は3000ppm以下であることを特徴とするガス分離方法。 - 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載のガス分離方法であって、
前記b)工程において、前記混合ガスのうち、前記分離膜および前記支持体を透過することなく排出される不透過ガスの温度は、前記支持体の前記透過側表面の温度よりも高く、かつ、前記分離膜複合体に供給される前の前記混合ガスの温度よりも低いことを特徴とするガス分離方法。 - 請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載のガス分離方法であって、
前記他のガスは、水素、ヘリウム、窒素、酸素、一酸化炭素、窒素酸化物、アンモニア、硫黄酸化物、硫化水素、フッ化硫黄、水銀、アルシン、シアン化水素、硫化カルボニル、C1~C8の炭化水素、有機酸、アルコール、メルカプタン類、エステル、エーテル、ケトンおよびアルデヒドのうち、1種類以上のガスを含むことを特徴とするガス分離方法。 - 混合ガス中の二酸化炭素を分離するガス分離装置であって、
平均細孔径が1nm以下の細孔を有する分離膜が多孔質の支持体上に形成された分離膜複合体と、
二酸化炭素および他のガスを含む混合ガスを、前記分離膜側から前記分離膜複合体に供給するガス供給部と、
を備え、
前記支持体のうち、前記分離膜を透過したガスが排出される透過側表面の少なくとも一部における温度が、前記分離膜複合体に供給される前の前記混合ガスの温度よりも10℃以上低い状態で、前記混合ガス中の二酸化炭素が、前記分離膜および前記支持体を透過することにより、前記混合ガスから分離されることを特徴とするガス分離装置。
