Abstract

Claims (35)

送達デバイスの遠位端を自然弁の第1の側まで前進させるステップであって、前記送達デバイスの前記遠位端がアンカーおよびフレーム構造に着脱自在に結合される、前進させるステップと、
前記自然弁の前記第1の側において前記アンカーを送達構成から配備構成に配備するステップと、
前記自然弁の前記第1の側から前記自然弁の第2の側まで、前記配備構成である前記アンカーを前進させるステップと、
前記自然弁の前記第2の側において前記配備構成である前記アンカーの自由端を1つまたは複数の構造の周りで回転させるステップと、
前記送達デバイスの前記遠位端から前記アンカーを解放するステップと、
収縮構成から拡張構成へと、前記自然弁の中にある前記フレーム構造を拡張させるステップと、
前記送達デバイスの前記遠位端から前記フレーム構造を解放するステップと、
前記送達デバイスを前記自然弁から後退させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記送達デバイスの前記遠位端を前記自然弁の前記第1の側から前記自然弁の前記第2の側まで前進させた後で前記自然弁の前記第2の側のみに前記アンカーを位置させるように前記アンカーを配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記フレーム構造を拡張させるステップが、前記自然弁に対して前記フレーム構造を固定するために、前記配備されたアンカーの少なくとも一部分の中で前記フレーム構造の少なくとも一部分を拡張させるステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フレーム構造を拡張させるステップおよび前記フレーム構造を解放するステップが同時に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フレーム構造がバルーンにより拡張可能であり、前記フレーム構造を拡張させるステップが、前記フレーム構造の中に配設されるバルーンを膨らませるステップを含み、前記バルーンを膨らませることが前記フレーム構造の拡張を引き起こす、請求項1に記載の方法。
