Claims (20)
- インテリジェント輸送管理(ITM)システムと相互作用するインテリジェント電子シューズ(IES)であって、
前記ITMシステムは、プロンプト信号を発するように構成される送信器-検出器モジュールを含み、当該IESは、
ユーザの足に取り付くためのアッパーと、前記ユーザの前記足をその上で支持するために前記アッパーに取り付けられるソール構造とを備える、シューズ構造と、
前記シューズ構造に取り付けられる、検出タグであって、前記送信器-検出器モジュールから前記プロンプト信号を受信して、前記送信器-検出器モジュールに応答信号を応答的に送信するように構成される、検出タグと、
前記送信器-検出器モジュールに通信的に接続されるコントローラと、を含み、該コントローラは、
少なくとも部分的に、前記検出タグによって前記送信器-検出器モジュールに出力される前記応答信号に基づいて、前記ユーザのユーザ場所を決定し、
前記ユーザ場所に近接する交通信号の第1の動作状態を、前記ITMシステムから受信し、
前記ITMシステムに要求を送信して、前記交通信号を前記第1の動作状態から第2の動作状態に切り替える、
ようにプログラムされる、
IES。 - 前記シューズ構造に動的に取り付けられ、前記コントローラに通信的に接続される、ダイナミックセンサを更に含み、該ダイナミックセンサは、当該IESの速さ及び/又は進行方向を示すセンサデータを生成するように構成され、前記コントローラは、少なくとも部分的に、当該IESの前記速さ及び/又は進行方向に基づいて、前記ITMシステムに前記要求を送信する、請求項1に記載のIES。
- 前記コントローラは、
前記受信するデータに基づいて、当該IESが前記交通信号によって規制される交通レーンを違反する、予想される侵入時間を決定し、
現在の時間と、前記交通信号が前記第1の動作状態から前記第2の動作状態に切り替わるようにスケジュールされるプログラムされた位相変化時間との間の推定される位相変化時間を、前記ITMシステムから受信する、
ようにさらにプログラムされ、
前記コントローラは、前記予想される侵入時間が前記推定される位相変化時間よりも少ないことに応答して、前記ITMシステムに前記要求を送信する、
請求項2に記載のIES。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記受信するセンサデータに基づいて、当該IESが前記交通信号によって規制される交通レームを違反する、予想される侵入時間を決定し、
現在の時間と、前記交通信号が前記第2の動作状態から前記第1の動作状態に切り替わるようにスケジュールされるプログラムされた位相変化時間との間の推定される位相変化時間を、前記ITMシステムから受信し、
前記予想される侵入時間が前記推定される位相変化時間よりも少ないことに応答して、前記ITMシステムに第2の要求を送信して、前記第2の動作状態から前記第1の動作状態への切り替えを遅延させる、
ように更にプログラムされる、
請求項2に記載のIES。 - 前記コントローラは、
当該IESの前記速さが実質的にゼロに等しいかどうかを決定し、
当該IESの前記進行方向が前記交通信号によって規制される交通レーンから離れているかどうかを決定し、
当該IESの前記速さが実質的にゼロに等しいこと及び/又は当該IESの前記進行方向が前記交通信号によって規制される前記交通レーンから離れていることに応答して、前記ITMシステムに前記要求を送信しない、
ように更にプログラムされる、
請求項2に記載のIES。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記交通信号によって規制される交通レーン内の自動車の車両場所を、前記ITMシステムから受信し、
前記ユーザ場所が前記車両場所に対する所定の近接性内にあるかどうかを決定する、
ように更にプログラムされ、
前記コントローラは、前記ユーザ場所が前記車両場所に対する前記所定の近接性内にあることに応答して、前記ITMシステムに前記要求を送信する、
請求項1に記載のIES。 - 前記シューズ構造に取り付けられる警告システムを更に含み、前記コントローラは、前記ユーザ場所が前記車両場所に対する前記所定の近接性内にあることに応答して、コマンド信号を前記警告システムに送信して、前記ユーザが知覚可能な所定の視覚警告、可聴警告、及び/又は触覚警告を生成するように更に構成される、請求項6に記載のIES。
- 前記コントローラは、
前記交通信号によって規制される交通レーン内の自動車の車両場所を、前記ITMシステムから受信し、
前記車両場所が前記交通信号に対する所定の近接性内にあるかどうかの表示を、前記ITMシステムから受信する、
ように更にプログラムされ、
前記コントローラは、前記車両場所が前記交通信号に対する前記所定の近接性内にあることに応答して、前記ITMシステムに前記要求を送信する、
請求項1に記載のIES。 - 前記シューズ構造に取り付けられる警告システムを更に含み、前記コントローラは、前記車両場所が前記交通信号に対する前記所定の近接性内にあることに応答して、コマンド信号を前記警告システムに送信して、前記ユーザが知覚可能な所定の視覚警告、可聴警告、及び/又は触覚警告を生成するように更にプログラムされる、請求項8に記載のIES。
- 前記検出タグは、無線周波数(FR)トランスポンダを含み、前記プロンプト信号は、第1の周波数を持つ第1のFR電力を有し、前記応答信号は、前記第1の周波数とは別個の第2の周波数を持つ第2のRF電力を有する、請求項1に記載のIES。
- 前記プロンプト信号は、埋め込みデータセットを含み、前記応答信号は、前記埋め込みデータセットの少なくとも一部分を前記送信器-検出器モジュールに送信して戻す、請求項10に記載のIES。
- 前記RFトランスポンダは、RFアンテナと、該RFアンテナに接続される周波数フィルタとを含み、該周波数フィルタは、前記第1の周波数とは別個の周波数を持つFR電力を有する信号を拒絶するように構成される、請求項10に記載のIES。
- 前記コントローラは、
前記ユーザのリアルタイムユーザ位置データ及びユーザダイナミックデータを決定し、
前記リアルタイムユーザ位置データ及び前記ユーザダイナミックデータの融合に基づいて、前記交通信号によって規制される交通レーン内への前記ユーザの侵入を予測する歩行者衝突脅威値を決定する、
ように更にプログラムされ、
前記コントローラは、少なくとも、前記歩行者衝突脅威値に基づいて、前記ITMシステムに前記要求を送信する、
請求項1に記載のIES。 - 前記コントローラは、前記ユーザの履歴的な挙動を示す挙動データを決定するように更にプログラムされ、前記歩行者衝突脅威値は、前記リアルタイムユーザ位置データ及び前記リアルタイムユーザダイナミックデータと、前記挙動データとの融合に更に基づく、請求項13に記載のIES。
- 前記コントローラは、前記ユーザ場所に近接する複数の個人の挙動を示すクラウドソースのデータを受信するように更にプログラムされ、前記歩行者衝突脅威値は、前記挙動データ、前記リアルタイムユーザ位置データ、及び前記リアルタイムユーザダイナミックデータと、前記クラウドソースのデータとの融合に更に基づく、
請求項14に記載のIES。 - 前記コントローラは、前記ユーザ場所の周囲環境を示す環境データを受信するように更にプログラムされ、前記歩行者衝突脅威値は、前記挙動データ、前記ユーザ位置データ、前記ユーザダイナミックデータ、及び前記クラウドソースのデータと、前記環境データとの融合に更に基づく、請求項15に記載のIES。
- 前記シューズ構造に取り付けられる触覚トランスデューサを更に含み、前記コントローラは、コマンド信号を前記触覚トランスデューサに送信して、前記交通信号によって規制される交通レーン内の自動車との差し迫った衝突を前記ユーザに警報するように構成される所定の触覚警告を生成するように更にプログラムされる、請求項1に記載のIES。
- 前記シューズ構造に取り付けられるオーディオコンポーネントを更に含み、前記コントローラは、コマンド信号を前記オーディオコンポーネントに送信して、前記交通信号によって規制される交通レーン内の自動車との差し迫った衝突を前記ユーザに警報するように構成される所定の可聴警告を生成するように更にプログラムされる、請求項1に記載のIES。
- 前記シューズ構造に取り付けられる照明要素を更に含み、前記コントローラは、コマンド信号を前記照明要素に送信して、前記交通信号によって規制される交通レーン内の自動車との差し迫った衝突を前記ユーザに警報するように構成される所定の可視警告を生成するように更にプログラムされる、請求項1に記載のIES。
- 前記検出タグ及び前記コントローラは、前記シューズ構造の内側に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のIES。
