Claims (25)
- ユーザと車両との間の衝突を防止するシステムであって、
前記ユーザの足に取り付くためのアッパーと、前記ユーザの前記足を支持するために前記アッパーに取り付けられるソール構造と、前記アッパーに取り付けられるシューレースとを備える、履物の製品と、
前記履物に取り付けられ、前記シューレースを張力付けられていない状態と張力付けられた状態との間で選択的に移行させるように構成される、レースモータと、
前記履物に取り付けられる検出タグであって、送信器-検出器モジュールからプロンプト信号を受信し、前記送信器-検出器モジュールに応答信号を応答的に送信する、ように構成される、検出タグと、
前記履物に取り付けられ、遠隔コンピューティングノードと無線通信するように構成される、無線通信デバイスと、
前記無線通信デバイスと前記レースモータとに動作的に接続される電子コントローラと、を含み、
前記電子コントローラは、
前記無線通信デバイスを介して、前記遠隔コンピューティングノードから、前記検出タグによって前記送信器-検出器モジュールに出力される前記応答信号に応答して生成される衝突警告信号を受信し、
前記衝突警告信号を受信することに応答して、コマンド信号を前記レースモータに送信して、前記車両との差し迫っている衝突を前記ユーザに警告するように構成される所定の触覚警報を生成する、
ように構成される、
システム。 - 前記応答信号は、前記ユーザのユーザ場所を示し、前記衝突警告信号は、前記ユーザ場所が前記車両の車両場所に対する所定の近傍または場所内にあることを示す前記応答信号に更に応答して生成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記検出タグは、無線周波数(RF)トランスポンダを含み、前記プロンプト信号は、第1の周波数を備える第1のRF電力を有し、前記応答信号は、前記第1の周波数とは別個の第2の周波数を備える第2のRF電力を有する、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記送信器-検出器モジュールから受信される前記プロンプト信号は、埋め込まれたデータセットを含み、前記応答信号は、前記埋め込まれたデータセットの少なくとも一部分を前記送信器-検出器モジュールに送信して戻す、請求項1~3のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記RFトランスポンダは、RFアンテナと、該RFアンテナに接続される周波数フィルタとを含み、該周波数フィルタは、前記第1の周波数とは別個の第3の周波数を備えるRF電力を有する信号を拒絶するように構成される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記電子コントローラは、

請求項1~5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記電子コントローラは、前記無線通信デバイスを介して、前記遠隔コンピューティングノードに、前記ユーザの履歴的な挙動を示す挙動データを送信するように更に構成され、前記衝突脅威値は、前記挙動データと、前記ユーザ場所および前記ユーザダイナミクスデータとの融合に更に基づく、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記衝突脅威値は、前記挙動データ、前記ユーザ場所、および前記ユーザダイナミクスデータと、前記ユーザに近接する複数の個人の挙動を示すクラウドソースのデータとの融合に更に基づく、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記衝突脅威値は、前記挙動データ、前記ユーザ場所、前記ユーザダイナミクスデータ、および前記クラウドソースのデータと、前記ユーザの周囲環境を示す環境データとの融合に更に基づく、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザは、無線通信能力を備えるポータブル電子デバイスを有し、前記無線通信デバイスは、前記ポータブル電子デバイスに無線接続し、それによって、前記遠隔コンピューティングノードと無線通信する、ように更に構成される、請求項1~9のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記履物に取り付けられ、前記車両との差し迫っている衝突を前記ユーザに警告するように構成される所定の可聴警報を生成するように動作可能である、オーディオコンポーネントを更に含む、請求項1~5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記履物に取り付けられ、前記車両との差し迫っている衝突を前記ユーザに警告するように構成される所定の可視警報を生成するように動作可能である、照明要素を更に含む、請求項1~5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記履物に取り付けられ、前記履物の前記アッパー内の前記ユーザの前記足の存在を検出するように構成される、圧力センサを更に含み、前記コマンド信号は、前記アッパー内の前記足の存在の検出に更に応答して、前記レースモータに送信される、請求項1~5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記電子コントローラは、前記レースモータと通信し、前記シューレースが前記張力付けられた状態にあるかどうかを決定する、ように更に構成され、前記コマンド信号は、前記シューレースが前記張力付けられた状態にあることに更に応答して、前記レースモータに送信される、請求項1~5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記車両は、自動車、ロボット、フォークリフト、および/または自動誘導車両(AGV)を含む、請求項1~5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- ユーザと車両との間の衝突を防止するシステムを作動させる方法であって、
履物の製品に取り付けられる検出タグを介して、送信器-検出器モジュールからプロンプト信号を受信することであって、前記履物は、アッパーと、該アッパーに取り付けられるソール構造と、前記アッパーに取り付けられるシューレースと、前記履物に取り付けられ、前記シューレースを選択的に張力付け且つ緩めるように構成される、レースモータとを含む、受信することと、
前記プロンプト信号を受信することに応答して、前記検出タグを介して、前記送信器-検出器モジュールに、応答信号を送信することと、
電子コントローラを介して、前記履物に取り付けられる無線通信デバイスを通じて、前記検出タグによって出力される前記応答信号に応答して遠隔コンピューティングノードによって生成される衝突警告信号を受信することと、
前記受信する前記衝突警告信号に応答して、前記電子コントローラを介して、コマンド信号を前記レースモータに送信して、前記車両との差し迫っている衝突を前記ユーザに警告するように構成される所定の触覚警報を生成することと、を含む、

- 前記送信器-検出器モジュールから受信される前記プロンプト信号は、埋め込まれたデータセットを含み、前記応答信号は、前記埋め込まれたデータセットの少なくとも一部分を前記送信器-検出器モジュールに送信して戻す、請求項16~18のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記応答信号は、前記ユーザのユーザ場所を示し、前記衝突警告信号は、前記ユーザ場所が前記車両の車両場所に対する所定の近傍または場所内にあることを示す前記応答信号に更に応答して生成される、請求項16~19のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザは、無線通信能力を備えるポータブル電子デバイスを有し、前記無線通信デバイスは、前記ポータブル電子デバイスに無線接続し、それによって、前記遠隔コンピューティングノードと無線通信する、請求項16~20のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記シューレースが前記張力付けられた状態にあるかどうかを決定することを更に含み、前記コマンド信号は、前記シューレースが前記張力付けられた状態にあることに更に応答して、前記レースモータに送信される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記無線通信デバイスを介して、前記電子コントローラから、前記遠隔コンピューティングノードに、前記ユーザのユーザダイナミックデータを送信することと、
前記前記ユーザ場所および前記ユーザダイナミックデータに基づいて、前記遠隔コンピューティングノードから、前記電子コントローラによって、前記車両の車両場所および予測されるルートに対する前記ユーザの侵入を予測する衝突脅威値を受信することと、を更に含む、
請求項16~22のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記履物に取り付けられる圧力センサを介して、前記履物の前記アッパー内の前記ユーザの前記足の存在を検出することを更に含み、前記コマンド信号は、前記アッパー内の前記足の存在の検出に更に応答して、前記レースモータに送信される、請求項16~23のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記車両は、自動車、ロボット、フォークリフト、および/または自動誘導車両(AGV)を含む、請求項16~24のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
