モジュラスが2.7GPa以上であるロールタイプのグラファイトシート用ポリイミドフィルム。 - 前記ジアミン単量体は、オキシジアニリン(oxydianiline;ODA)及びパラフェニレンジアミン(para−phenylene diamine;PPD)単量体を含み、
ODA:PPD=70:30〜82:18のモル比を有する、請求項1に記載のロールタイプのグラファイトシート用ポリイミドフィルム。 - 前記ジアミン単量体は、メチレンジアニリン(methylenedianiline;MDA)単量体をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のロールタイプのグラファイトシート用ポリイミドフィルム。
- 前記ジアミン単量体は、(ODA+MDA):PPD=70:30〜82:18のモル比を有する、請求項3に記載のロールタイプのグラファイトシート用ポリイミドフィルム。
- 平均粒径が異なる2以上の充填剤を含む、請求項1に記載のロールタイプのグラファイトシート用ポリイミドフィルム。

- 請求項1によるポリイミドフィルムを炭化及び黒鉛化させることによって製造されるグラファイトシート。
- 前記炭化及び黒鉛化は、一側辺がこれに隣接した他側辺に比べて長いシート状のポリイミドフィルムをロールタイプに巻き取った状態で行われる、請求項12に記載のグラファイトシート。
- 前記黒鉛化工程の熱処理温度は2500℃以上である、請求項12に記載のグラファイトシート。
- 前記グラファイトシートは13μm〜40μmの厚さを有する、請求項12に記載のグラファイトシート。
- 請求項12によるグラファイトシートを含む電子装置。
