Claims (10)
- 車両用動力源と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する自動変速機の変速制御の過渡中に変化する所定回転速度を用いて車両にて発生した前記変速制御における異常を解析する車両用異常解析装置であって、
前記所定回転速度が前記自動変速機の変速比と出力回転速度とに基づく基準回転速度に対して前記変速制御の過渡中において回転上昇した回転速度分である吹き量の経時的な変化態様と、前記変速制御における異常の原因との関係を示す予め定められた異常原因特定モデルに、前記変速制御における異常発生時の前記吹き量の経時的な変化態様を適用することで、前記変速制御における異常の原因を特定することを特徴とする車両用異常解析装置。 - 前記異常原因特定モデルは、前記変速制御における異常発生時の前記吹き量の経時的な変化態様と前記変速制御における異常の原因とを教師データとして用いた機械学習による教師あり学習にて実現されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用異常解析装置。
- 前記変速制御における異常は、前記変速制御において作動状態が切り替えられる油圧式の摩擦係合装置を有する前記自動変速機の変速不良であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用異常解析装置。
- 前記変速制御における異常の原因は、前記摩擦係合装置の作動状態の切替えに用いられる作動油を吐出するオイルポンプによる空気の吸入であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用異常解析装置。
- 前記変速制御における異常の原因は、前記摩擦係合装置の作動状態を切り替える為の作動油の油圧を調圧する制御バルブの作動不良であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の車両用異常解析装置。
- 前記変速制御における異常の原因は、前記摩擦係合装置の作動状態を切り替える為の作動油の油圧を調圧する制御バルブを駆動する駆動回路の異常であることを特徴とする請求項3から5の何れか1項に記載の車両用異常解析装置。
- 前記異常原因特定モデルにて示される前記関係の一方である前記変速制御における異常の原因は、前記所定回転速度に比べて前記異常の原因を特定し易い前記車両の動作状態を表す所定動作状態値に基づいて予め特定されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の車両用異常解析装置。
- 前記所定動作状態値は、前記変速制御において前記自動変速機が有する油圧式の摩擦係合装置の作動状態を切り替える為の作動油の油圧の値であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両用異常解析装置。
- 前記異常原因特定モデルは、前記変速制御における異常発生の出現回数と前記変速制御における異常の原因との関係を更に示すものであり、
前記変速制御における異常の原因は、前記自動変速機の耐久性低下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用異常解析装置。 - 前記異常原因特定モデルは、前記変速制御における異常発生時の前記吹き量の経時的な変化態様及び前記変速制御における異常発生の出現回数と前記自動変速機の耐久性低下とを教師データとして用いた機械学習による教師あり学習にて実現されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の車両用異常解析装置。
