Claims (2)
- 車両(1)に搭載される原動機(10)の回転を第1、第2クラッチ(24,26)を介して入力する第1、第2入力軸(16,20,14,22)と、前記第1、第2入力軸と平行に配置される少なくとも1個の出力軸(28)と、前記第1入力軸と出力軸の間に配置され、第1ギア締結機構(60(1-3)(5-7))によって前記第1入力軸と出力軸に締結されるとき、前記第1クラッチを介して入力される前記第1入力軸の回転を変速して前記出力軸に伝達可能な複数の第1変速ギア群(32(48),34(50),36(52),38(54))と、前記第2入力軸と出力軸の間に配置され、第2ギア締結機構(60(2-4)(6-8))によって前記第2入力軸と出力軸に締結されるとき、前記第2クラッチを介して入力される前記第2入力軸の回転を変速して前記出力軸に伝達可能な複数の第2変速ギア群(40(48),42(50),44(52),46(54))と、前記第1クラッチと第1入力軸と第1ギア締結機構と第1変速ギア群とから構成される第1伝達経路と、前記第2クラッチと第2入力軸と第2ギア締結機構と第2変速ギア群とから構成される第2伝達経路と、前記原動機に接続されるオイルポンプ(70a)と、前記オイルポンプの吐出口に接続される油路(70c)に配置され、前記オイルポンプから吐出される作動油の油圧を調圧可能な第1調圧手段(70e)と、前記油路において前記第1調圧手段の下流に配置され、前記第1調圧手段によって調圧される作動油の油圧の供給を複数の油路の間で切り換え可能であり、前記複数の油路の一方に接続される位置にあるときは前記作動油の油圧を前記第2クラッチ(26)に供給し、前記複数の油路の他方に接続される位置にあるときは前記作動油の油圧を前記第2伝達経路の第2ギア締結機構(60(6-8))に供給して前記第2変速ギア群の最小変速比の変速ギア(46(54))を含む変速ギアのいずれかを前記第2入力軸と出力軸に締結させる第1切換バルブ(70m)と、通電されるとき前記第1切換バルブ(70m)を前記複数の油路の一方に接続される位置から他方に接続される位置に切り換える第1切換手段(70m8)とを備えた自動変速機の制御装置(74)において、前記第1調圧手段(70e)に高圧にのみ調圧する高圧異常が生じたか否か判断する異常判断手段(S10)と、前記異常判断手段によって前記第1調圧手段(70e)に高圧異常が生じたと判断されるとき、前記第1切換バルブ(70m)が前記複数の油路の一方に接続される位置にあって前記作動油の油圧を前記第2クラッチ(26)に供給している場合、前記第1切換手段(70m8)への通電を遮断する通電遮断手段(S12)とを備えたことを特徴とする自動変速機の制御装置。
- 前記オイルポンプ(70a)の吐出口に接続される油路(70c)に配置され、前記オイルポンプから吐出される作動油の油圧を調圧可能な第2調圧手段(70g)と、前記油路において前記第2調圧手段の下流に配置され、前記第2調圧手段によって調圧される作動油の油圧の供給を複数の油路の間で切り換え可能であり、前記複数の油路の一方に接続される位置にあるときは前記作動油の油圧を第2切換バルブ(70w)を介して前記第2伝達経路の第2ギア締結機構(60(2-4))に供給して前記第2変速ギア群(40(48),42(50))のいずれかを前記第2入力軸と出力軸に締結させ、前記複数の油路の他方に接続される位置にあるときは前記第2切換バルブ(70w)を介して前記作動油の油圧を前記第1伝達経路の第1ギア締結機構(60(5-7))に供給して前記第1変速ギア群(36(52),38(54))のいずれかを前記第1入力軸と出力軸に締結させる第3切換バルブ(70p)と、通電されるとき前記第2切換バルブ(70w)の位置を切り換える第2切換手段(70w8)と、通電されるとき前記第3切換バルブ(70p)を前記複数の油路の一方に接続される位置から他方に接続される位置に切り換える第3切換手段(70p8)と、前記第1調圧手段(70e)に高圧にのみ調圧する高圧異常が生じて前記第3切換バルブ(70p)が前記複数の油路の他方に接続される位置にあって前記作動油の油圧を前記第1伝達経路の第1ギア締結機構(60(5-7))に供給して前記第1変速ギア群(36(52),38(54))のいずれかを前記第1入力軸と出力軸に締結させようとしていると判断される際、前記第3切換手段(70p8)に断線あるいはショートの異常が生じたか否か判断する異常判断手段(S100,S102,S104,S106)と、前記異常判断手段によって前記第3切換手段(70p8)に前記異常が生じたと判断され、前記第3切換バルブ(70p)が前記複数の油路の一方に接続されて前記作動油の油圧を前記第2ギア締結機構(60(2-4))に供給して前記第2変速ギア群(40(48),42(50))のいずれかをニュートラル位置から移動させていると判断されるとき、前記第1、第2、第3切換手段(70M8,70W8,70P8)が同一の電源に接続される場合、前記第2切換手段(70w8)に通電して前記第2切換バルブ(70w)の位置を切り換え、前記作動油の油圧を前記第2ギア締結機構(60(2-4))に供給して前記第2変速ギア群(40(48),42(50))のいずれかを前記ニュートラル位置に復帰させ、次いで前記第3切換手段(70p8)への通電を遮断するギア移動通電遮断手段(S108)とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動変速機の制御装置。
