Abstract
Description

[1012]歩行治療時に患者の体重を支持するための装置及び方法を本明細書中に記載する。いくつかの実施形態では、体重支持システムは、トロリーと、電源に作動的に接続された給電用コンダクタと、患者取付機構と、を含む。トロリーは、駆動システムと、制御システムと、患者支持システムと、を含みうる。駆動システムは支持レールに可動的に結合されている。制御システムの少なくとも一部は給電レールに物理的且つ電気的に接続されている。患者支持機構は患者取付機構に少なくとも一時的に結合される。制御システムは患者取付機構に印加される力に少なくとも一部基づき患者支持機構の少なくとも一部を制御可能である。

Claims (21)
- 軌道から可動的に懸吊されるように構成されたトロリーと、
前記軌道に作動的に結合された給電用コンダクタであって、前記トロリーが前記給電用コンダクタに電気的に接続されるように構成されている、給電用コンダクタと、
前記トロリーに結合された少なくとも1つの患者取付具であって、前記患者支持アセンブリが1人の患者を支持するように構成されている、少なくとも1つの患者取付具と、
前記トロリー又は前記給電用コンダクタの少なくとも1つに接続された制御システムと、
を含む、装置。 - 前記患者取付具が、患者ハーネスに結合されるように構成された受動カップリング及び能動カップリングのうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記トロリーが患者支持システムを含み、前記患者支持システムが患者を能動的に支持するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記トロリーが駆動アセンブリ及びトルク伝達アセンブリを含み、前記駆動アセンブリ及び前記トルク伝達アセンブリが同時に駆動される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記トロリーが複数の車輪を含み、動作構成にあるときに、前記車輪が前記駆動アセンブリ上方に配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記トロリーが複数の車輪を含み、前記車輪が前記軌道の少なくとも一部の上方に配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記トロリーが前記給電用コンダクタのみから電力を供給されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記トロリーが、前記軌道の端部の第1の位置から、および前記軌道の前記端部から離間した第2の位置から動くように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 閉ループ軌道と、
前記閉ループ軌道に結合された給電コンダクタと、
前記閉ループ軌道から可動的に懸吊されるように構成され、且つ前記給電コンダクタに電気的に接続された能動制御型トロリーと、
前記トロリーに結合された患者支持アセンブリであって、患者の体重を動的に支持するように構成されている、患者支持アセンブリと、
を含む、システム。 - 前記閉ループ軌道が自立型又は懸吊型のうちの1つである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記トロリーが複数のトロリーのうちの1つのトロリーであり、前記複数のトロリーのそれぞれのトロリーが別個に制御可能である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記トロリーと通信するように構成された制御システムを更に含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者支持アセンブリが第1の構成と第2の構成との間において移行するように構成されており、前記第1の構成においては、前記患者支持アセンブリが患者の体重の第1の割合を支持し、前記第2の構成においては、前記患者支持アセンブリが前記患者の体重の第2の割合を支持する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記トロリーが有線又は無線遠隔制御の少なくとも1つによって制御される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記軌道がI型梁構成の断面を有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記トロリーが車輪アセンブリを含み、前記車輪アセンブリが前記閉ループ軌道の少なくとも一部の上方に配置されるように構成されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- ハウジングと、
少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング内に配置された駆動要素と、
前記駆動要素に結合され、且つ少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング内に配置された車輪アセンブリと、
前記ハウジングに結合された患者支持アセンブリであって、前記患者支持アセンブリが患者の体重を動的に支持するように構成されている、患者支持アセンブリと、
を含む、装置。 - 前記ハウジングに接続された光源であって、前記ハウジングに対向する表面上に光路を投影するように構成されている光源を更に含む、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングに対向する表面上の目標位置を照明するように構成された光源を更に含む、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記駆動要素と組み合わされ、前記駆動要素の動作を阻止するように構成されているクラッチ又はブレーキの少なくとも1つを更に含む、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記患者支持アセンブリに結合された第2の駆動要素を更に含み、前記第2の駆動要素が患者を動的に支持するように構成されている、請求項17に記載の装置。
