Description

Claims (17)

支持アセンブリ及び駆動アセンブリを有するトロリーであって、前記支持アセンブリは、ユーザの体重の少なくとも一部分を支えるように構成され、前記駆動アセンブリは、前記トロリーを前記支持トラックから可動式に吊るすように構成され、前記駆動アセンブリは、(i)前記ユーザが高度を有する第1面上を動くとき、前記支持トラックの前記第1部分に沿って、(ii)前記ユーザが前記第1面とは異なる高度を有し、前記第1面とは別の第2面上を動くとき、前記支持トラックの前記第2部分に沿って、(iii)前記ユーザが前記第1面と前記第2面との間を動くとき、前記支持トラックの前記第3部分に沿って、前記トロリーを動かすように構成された駆動ホイールを有し、前記駆動アセンブリは、前記駆動ホイールが前記支持トラックの前記第3部分に沿って前記トロリーを動かすときに牽引力の大きさを維持するように、前記支持トラックの前記第3部分に沿った複数の突起に係合するように構成された歯車装置を有し、前記支持トラックの前記第1部分及び前記第2部分は突起がない、トロリーと、
前記支持トラックに結合されたパワーレールであって、前記トロリーが前記支持トラックの前記第1部分、前記支持トラックの前記第2部分及び前記支持トラックの前記第3部分に沿って動くときに、前記トロリーの一部分と電気接触するように構成されている、パワーレールと、を備える体重支持システム。 - 前記支持アセンブリは、前記ユーザが前記第1面に沿って動くとき、前記ユーザの前記体重の予め決められた部分を支えるように構成され、
前記支持アセンブリは、前記ユーザが前記第2面に沿って動くとき、前記ユーザの前記体重の前記予め決められた部分を支えるように構成され、
前記支持アセンブリは、前記ユーザが前記第1面から前記第2面へ動くときに、第1構成から第2構成へ移行するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記駆動アセンブリの駆動ホイールは、前記ユーザが前記第1面及び前記第2面と異なる第2面を動くときに、前記支持トラックの前記第3部分に沿って前記トロリーを動かすように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記支持トラックの前記第1部分は、前記第1面の前記高度に関連付けられる第1高度に配置され、及び前記トラックの前記第2部分は、前記第2面の前記高度に関連付けられる第2高度に配置され、前記第1高度は前記第2高度とは異なる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記支持トラックの前記第3部分は、前記第1部分に隣接し、前記第1高度を有する第1端と、前記第2部分に隣接し、前記第2高度を有する第2端とを有する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記支持トラックの前記第3部分は、前記支持トラックの前記第1部分と前記支持トラックの前記第2部分とに固定的に結合された第3部分を有する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動ホイールは、前記支持トラックの前記第1部分、前記第2部分及び前記第3部分の各々の実質的に滑らかな表面に接触し、前記歯車装置は、前記トロリーが前記支持トラックの前記第1部分及び前記第2部分に沿って動くとき前記支持トラックから係合解除されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 体重支持システムであって、
第1部分、第2部分、及び前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間に配置された第3部分を有し、前記第1部分及び前記第2部分の傾斜は実質的にゼロに等しく、前記第3部分の傾斜はゼロではない、支持トラックと、
支持アセンブリ及び駆動アセンブリを有するトロリーであって、前記支持アセンブリは、ユーザの体重の少なくとも一部分を支えるように構成され、前記駆動アセンブリは、前記トロリーを前記支持トラックから可動式に吊るすように構成され、前記駆動アセンブリは、(i)前記ユーザが第1面上を動くとき、前記支持トラックの前記第1部分に沿って、(ii)前記ユーザが前記第1面とは別の第2面上を動くとき、前記支持トラックの前記第2部分に沿って、(iii)前記ユーザが前記第1面と前記第2面との間を動くとき、前記支持トラックの前記第3部分に沿って、前記トロリーを動かすように構成された駆動ホイールを有し、前記駆動アセンブリは、前記駆動ホイールが前記支持トラックの前記第3部分に沿って前記トロリーを動かすときに牽引力の大きさを維持するように、前記支持トラックの前記第3部分に沿った複数の突起に係合するように構成された歯車装置を有し、前記駆動ホイールが前記トロリーを前記支持トラックの前記第1部分及び前記第2部分に沿って動かすときに前記歯車装置が係合解除されるように、前記支持トラックの前記第1部分及び前記第2部分は突起がない、トロリーと、を備える体重支持システム。 - 前記支持トラックに結合されたパワーレールであって、前記トロリーが、前記支持トラックの前記第1部分、前記支持トラックの前記第2部分、及び前記支持トラックの前記第3部分に沿って動くとき、前記トロリーの一部分と電気接触するように構成されている、パワーレールをさらに備える、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記トロリーが、前記支持トラックの前記第1部分、前記支持トラックの前記第2部分、及び前記支持トラックの前記第3部分に沿って動くとき、前記支持アセンブリは、前記ユーザの前記体重の予め決められた部分を支えるように構成されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記支持トラックの前記第1部分は、前記第1面の高度に関連付けられる第1高度に配置され、及び前記トラックの前記第2部分は、前記第2面の高度に関連付けられる第2高度に配置され、前記第1高度は前記第2高度とは異なる、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記支持トラックの前記第1部分は、前記第1面の高度に関連付けられる第1高度に配置され、及び前記トラックの前記第2部分は、前記第2面の高度に関連付けられる第2高度に配置され、前記第1高度は前記第2高度とは異なり、
前記支持トラックの前記第3部分は、前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間に結合されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記支持トラックの前記第1部分は、前記第1面の高度に関連付けられる第1高度に配置され、及び前記トラックの前記第2部分は、前記第2面の高度に関連付けられる第2高度に配置され、前記第1高度は前記第2高度とは異なり、
前記支持トラックの前記第3部分は、前記支持トラックの前記第1部分に隣接し、前記第1高度を有する第1端と、前記支持トラックの前記第2部分に隣接し、前記第2高度を有する第2端とを有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 少なくともトロリー及び支持トラックを含む体重支持システムを使用する方法であって、前記トロリーは、ユーザの体重の少なくとも一部分を支えるように構成された支持アセンブリ、及び前記支持トラックから前記トロリーを可動式に吊るすように構成された駆動アセンブリを有し、前記方法は、
前記ユーザが第1面上を動くことに応答して、前記駆動アセンブリの駆動ホイールの回転によって、前記支持トラックの実質的にゼロに等しい傾斜を有する第1部分に沿って前記トロリーを前進させることと、
前記ユーザが前記第1面上を動くとき、前記支持アセンブリによって、前記ユーザの前記体重の予め決められた部分を支えることと、
前記ユーザが、前記第1面とは別の第2面上を動くことに応答して、前記駆動ホイールの回転によって前記トロリーを前記支持トラックの実質的にゼロに等しい傾斜を有する第2部分に沿って前進させることと、
前記ユーザが前記第2面上を動くとき、前記支持アセンブリによって、前記ユーザの前記体重の前記予め決められた部分を支えることと、
前記トロリーを前記駆動ホイールによって前記支持トラックの前記第1部分に沿って前進させた後及び前記トロリーを前記駆動ホイールによって前記支持トラックの前記第2部分に沿って前進させる前に、前記支持アセンブリの構成を調整することであって、前記支持アセンブリの前記調整は、(1)前記駆動ホイールが前記トロリーを、前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間に配置され、ゼロではない傾斜を有する前記支持トラックの第3部分に沿って前進させることに応答し、及び(2)前記支持アセンブリが、前記ユーザの前記体重の前記予め決められた部分を支えるようにすることであることと、
前記駆動アセンブリの歯車装置によって、前記駆動ホイールが前記第3部分に沿って前記トロリーを動かすときに前記駆動アセンブリと前記支持トラックとの間の牽引力の大きさを維持するように、前記支持トラックの前記第3部分に沿った複数の突起に係合することと、を含み、前記駆動ホイールが前記トロリーを前記支持トラックの前記第1部分及び前記第2部分それぞれに沿って動かすとき前記歯車装置が前記支持トラックから係合解除されるように、前記支持トラックの前記第1部分及び前記第2部分は突起がない、方法。 - 前記第1面と前記第2面とは、異なる高度を有し、
前記支持トラックの前記第1部分は、前記第1面の上方に予め決められた距離で配置され、
前記支持トラックの前記第2部分は、前記第2面の上方に前記予め決められた距離で配置される、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記支持トラックの前記第3部分は、前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間に固定的に結合される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記支持トラックの第1部分は、前記第1面に関連付けられる第1高度を有し、前記支持トラックの第2部分は、前記第2面に関連付けられる、前記第1高度とは異なる第2高度を有し、
前記支持トラックの前記第3部分は、前記支持トラックの前記第1部分に隣接し、前記第1高度を有する第1端と、前記支持トラックの前記第2部分に隣接し、前記第2高度を有する第2端とを有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
