青色光遮断組成物および青色光遮断膜
ブチルァクリレート150g、メタクリル酸メチル95g、アクリル酸15g、青色光遮断剤5.8g、および過酸化ベンゾイル6gを、酢酸エチル/トルエン溶剤で混合し、反応釜に加え、75℃まで昇温させ、2時間反応させた後、追加の6gの過酸化ベンゾイルを徐緩に滴下し(溶剤中)、約6時間反応を継続し、粘度を監視し、反応が完了した後、室温まで降温させる。PET膜に塗布し、乾燥させて溶剤を除去した後、青色光遮断剤による青色光遮断膜(100μm)を得る。青色光の400nm帯域での透過度を測定し、結果を表1に示す。

表2は式(I)の化合物を単独でまたは(I−1)、(I−2)、および(I−3)を組み合わせて使用する青色光遮断の応用である。表3は式(II)の化合物を単独でまたは(II−1)、(II−2)、(II−5)を組み合わせて使用する青色光遮断の応用である。表4は(I−1)、(II−1)および(II−5)を組み合わせて使用する青色光遮断の応用である。表2〜4中、「380〜400nm吸収」は短波長青色光(高エネルギー)への吸収を表す。吸収が大きければ大きいほど、短波長青色光に対する防護効果が高い。表2中、“UVA1 & 380nm〜450nm吸収”は、長波長紫外線UVA1(約340〜400nm)および380nm〜450nmの青色光を両方とも吸収することを表す。吸収が大きければ大きいほど、長波長紫外線(UVA1)および全帯域青色光に対する防護効果が高い。表3、4中、「UVAB & 380nm〜450nm吸収」は、UVAB(約290〜400nm)の紫外線および380nm〜450nmの全帯域青色光を両方とも吸収することを表す。吸収が大きければ大きいほど、紫外線(UVAB)および全帯域青色光に対する防護効果が高い。表2〜4中、「410nm〜450nm吸収漸減」は410nmから450nmまでの吸収が漸減することを表す。透過した青色光は高い色視覚効果を有する。「−」は効果が悪いこと表し、「+」は効果がやや良好であることを表し、「++」は効果が良好であることを表し、「+++」は効果が非常に良好であることを表す。

一つ以上の青色光遮断膜層、および/または基質層、および/または離型膜層を含む青色光遮断システムであって、
式(I)または/および式(II)の化合物を含み、
ことを特徴とする青色光遮断システム。
式(I)および式(II)の化合物は以下の構造を有する、
ことを特徴とする付記1に記載の青色光遮断システム。
式(I)の化合物および式(II)の化合物は別々に使用される、
ことを特徴とする付記1に記載の青色光遮断システム。
式(I)の化合物および式(II)の化合物は併用され、その質量割合の範囲は1:5〜5:1である、
ことを特徴とする付記1に記載の青色光遮断システム。
付記1から4のいずれか一つに記載の青色光遮断システムを製造するための青色光遮断組成物であって、
付記1における式(I)または/および式(II)の化合物、および重合モノマーまたは重合体を含む、
ことを特徴とする青色光遮断組成物。
式(I)または/および式(II)の化合物、開始剤、重合モノマーまたは/およびプレポリマーを含む、
ことを特徴とする付記5に記載の組成物。
重合モノマーはアクリル系、アクリレート系、メタクリル系、メタクリレート系、ヒドロキシアクリレート系、ヒドロキシメタクリレート系、エチレン系、スチレン系、ジエン系、フッ化ビニル系、塩化ビニル系、アクリロニトリル系、酢酸ビニル系、シリコーンアクリレート系、エポキシアクリレート系、ポリウレタンアクリレート系、エチレンオキシド系、イソシアネート系、ポリオール系、ポリチオール系、ポリアミン系、アルコールアミン系、およびチオールアミン系化合物の一種または複数種の混合物からなる、
ことを特徴とする付記5に記載の組成物。
安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、レベリング剤、消泡剤、分散剤、連鎖移動剤、カップリング剤、触媒、強靭化剤、粘着付与剤、可塑剤、増稠剤、希釈剤、難燃剤、重合禁止剤、防腐剤、硬化剤、および酸塩基調整剤から選択される一種または複数種の助剤をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする付記5に記載の組成物。
式(I)または/および式(II)の化合物の質量含有量は0.01%〜20%であり、開始剤の質量含有量は0.01%〜10%であり、モノマーまたはプレポリマーまたは重合体の含有量は5〜99.98%である、
ことを特徴とする付記6に記載の組成物。
付記1に記載の式(I)または/および(II)の化合物の青色光遮断における使用。

- 一つ以上の青色光遮断膜層、および/または基質層、および/または離型膜層を含む青色光遮断システムであって、
式(I)または/および式(II)の化合物を含み、
ことを特徴とする青色光遮断システム。 - 式(I)および式(II)の化合物は以下の構造を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の青色光遮断システム。
- 式(I)の化合物および式(II)の化合物は別々に使用される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の青色光遮断システム。 - 式(I)の化合物および式(II)の化合物は併用され、その質量割合の範囲は1:5〜5:1である、

ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組成物。 - 重合モノマーはアクリル系、アクリレート系、メタクリル系、メタクリレート系、ヒドロキシアクリレート系、ヒドロキシメタクリレート系、エチレン系、スチレン系、ジエン系、フッ化ビニル系、塩化ビニル系、アクリロニトリル系、酢酸ビニル系、シリコーンアクリレート系、エポキシアクリレート系、ポリウレタンアクリレート系、エチレンオキシド系、イソシアネート系、ポリオール系、ポリチオール系、ポリアミン系、アルコールアミン系、およびチオールアミン系化合物の一種または複数種の混合物からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組成物。 - 安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、レベリング剤、消泡剤、分散剤、連鎖移動剤、カップリング剤、触媒、強靭化剤、粘着付与剤、可塑剤、増稠剤、希釈剤、難燃剤、重合禁止剤、防腐剤、硬化剤、および酸塩基調整剤から選択される一種または複数種の助剤をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組成物。 - 式(I)または/および式(II)の化合物の質量含有量は0.01%〜20%であり、開始剤の質量含有量は0.01%〜10%であり、モノマーまたはプレポリマーまたは重合体の含有量は5〜99.98%である、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の式(I)または/および(II)の化合物の青色光遮断における使用。
