Claims (12)
- 左右両端領域を除く中間部が、外部張力によって軸線方向に弾性変形可能な組紐であって、
前記中間部は、軸線方向において引張弾性率が異なる複数の領域に分けられて構成されている、
ことを特徴とする弾性変形可能な組紐。 - 前記中間部は、引張弾性率が異なる2種類の領域を、軸線方向に沿って交互に配置して構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性変形可能な組紐。 - 前記中間部は、引張弾性率が異なる3種類の領域を、軸線方向に沿って高引張弾性率・中引張弾性率・低引張弾性率・中引張弾性率・高引張弾性率・中引張弾性率・低引張弾性率・・・の順を繰り返し配置して構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性変形可能な組紐。 - 前記中間部は、一方端部から他方端部に向かって、引張弾性率が徐々に低くなる複数の領域を軸線方向に沿って順に配置して構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性変形可能な組紐。 - 前記組紐は、前記左右両端領域の少なくともいずれか一方領域に、1個又は複数個の弾性変形可能な又は弾性変形しないこぶ部を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の弾性変形可能な組紐。 - 前記中間部は、引張弾性率が異なる複数の領域の各間が弾性変形しない連結部によって連結されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の弾性変形可能な組紐。 - 前記組紐は、軸線方向全長に渡って、その断面中心位置に非伸縮性の芯材が配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の弾性変形可能な組紐。 - 前記組紐は、軸線方向全長に渡って、その断面中心位置に芯材が配置されていない、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の弾性変形可能な組紐。 - 前記中間部は、軸線方向全長に渡って、その断面が略同一の円形形状である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の弾性変形可能な組紐。 - 前記中間部は、引張弾性率が異なる複数の領域の断面径が、引張弾性率によって相違する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の弾性変形可能な組紐。 - 前記組紐は、非伸縮性素材からなる複数の糸と複数の糸状ゴム素材とを軸線方向に編み込んだ組紐である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の弾性変形可能な組紐。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の弾性変形可能な組紐の製造方法であって、
前記中間部は、
非伸縮性素材からなる複数の糸と複数の糸状ゴム素材とを軸線方向に編み込む過程において、高速に引き上げて疎に編み込むことで引張弾性率が小さい領域を形成し、低速に引き上げて密に編み込むことで引張弾性率が大きい領域を形成する、
ことを特徴とする弾性変形可能な組紐の製造方法。
