Abstract
Description
一方、制御部5の出力ポートには、警報装置3が接続されている。
図5に示すように、車両1の進行方向の所定距離内に障害物が検出されていて、アクセルが急激に踏まれると、アクセル開度の変化量が大きくなっていき、時刻t1においてアクセル開度変化量警報閾値を超え、時刻t2においてアクセル開度変化量閾値を超える。
図7に示すように、低速で後退中に後方に障害物を検知していて駆動トルク抑制制御が実行中のとき、時刻t5において走行レンジが後進から前進に切り換えられると、駆動トルク抑制制御が実行中であるため、駆動トルク抑制制御が継続して実行される。

Claims (6)
- アクセルペダルの操作状態に応じて自車両の駆動トルクの出力を抑制する駆動トルク抑制制御を実行する駆動力制御装置であって、
少なくとも前記アクセルペダルの開度がアクセル開度閾値よりも大きい場合に前記駆動トルク抑制制御を実行するトルク制御部と、
前記自車両の進行方向を検出する進行方向検出部と、
前記進行方向検出部によって検出される前記自車両の進行方向が前進方向であるときの前記アクセル開度閾値を、前記自車両の進行方向が後進方向であるときの前記アクセル開度閾値よりも大きく設定する条件設定部と、を備えた駆動力制御装置。 - 前記トルク制御部は、前記アクセルペダルの開度の変化量がアクセル開度変化量閾値よりも大きいことを更なる条件として前記駆動トルク抑制制御を実行し、
前記条件設定部は、前記進行方向検出部によって検出される前記自車両の進行方向が前進方向であるときの前記アクセル開度変化量閾値を、前記自車両の進行方向が後進方向であるときの前記アクセル開度変化量閾値よりも大きくなるように設定する請求項1に記載の駆動力制御装置。 - アクセルペダルの操作状態に応じて自車両の駆動トルクの出力を抑制する駆動トルク抑制制御を実行する駆動力制御装置であって、
前記アクセルペダルの開度がアクセル開度閾値よりも大きいか、前記アクセルペダルの開度の変化量がアクセル開度変化量閾値よりも大きいかの少なくとも一方を満たす場合に前記駆動トルク抑制制御を実行するトルク制御部と、
前記自車両が停止状態にあるか走行中状態にあるかを判定する走行状態判定部と、
前記走行状態判定部によって前記自車両が停止状態にあると判定された場合の前記アクセル開度閾値及び前記アクセル開度変化量閾値を、前記自車両が走行中状態にあると判定された場合の前記アクセル開度閾値及び前記アクセル開度変化量閾値よりも大きく設定する条件設定部と、を備えた駆動力制御装置。 - 前記トルク制御部は、前記アクセルペダルの開度が前記アクセル開度閾値よりも大きく、かつ前記アクセルペダルの開度変化量が前記アクセル開度変化量閾値よりも大きい場合に前記駆動トルク抑制制御を実行し、
前記条件設定部は、前記アクセル開度閾値及び前記アクセル開度変化量閾値を、前記自車両が停止状態にあると判定された場合は前記走行中状態にあると判定された場合よりも大きく設定する請求項3に記載の駆動力制御装置。 - 前記アクセルペダルの開度及び前記アクセルペダルの開度の変化量が警報閾値よりも大きい場合に乗員に警報を出力する警報制御部と、
前記警報閾値を前記アクセル開度閾値及び前記アクセル開度変化量閾値よりも、小さい値に設定する警報閾値設定部と、を備えた請求項2または請求項4に記載の駆動力制御装置。 - 前記自車両の走行レンジを検出する走行レンジ検出部を備え、
前記トルク制御部は、前記駆動トルク抑制制御の実行中に前記走行レンジ検出部によって前記走行レンジがニュートラルまたは反対の進行方向に切り換えられたことが検出された場合、所定期間前記駆動トルク抑制制御を継続する請求項1または請求項3に記載の駆動力制御装置。
