Claims (4)
- チューブが挿入されるボディと、前記ボディの内部に設けられ、前記チューブを着脱自在な着脱機構とを備え、流体圧機器に接続される管継手であって、
前記ボディには、前記チューブと前記流体圧機器とを連通させるオリフィス部が設けられ、
前記オリフィス部の外周には、前記ボディの内周に対して摺接する突出部が設けられ、
前記オリフィス部は、前記ボディに対して交換可能な複数のオリフィス部材を備え、
前記各オリフィス部材には、それぞれ開口径の異なるオリフィスが設けられ、
前記オリフィス部材は、前記ボディの内周にガスケットに把持されて挿入されるオリフィス板であり、
前記ガスケットは、前記チューブの先端に保持される、管継手。 - チューブが挿入されるボディと、前記ボディの内部に設けられ、前記チューブを着脱自在な着脱機構とを備え、流体圧機器に接続される管継手であって、
前記ボディには、前記チューブと前記流体圧機器とを連通させるオリフィス部が設けられ、
前記オリフィス部の外周には、前記ボディの内周に対して弾性変形する突出部が設けられ、
前記オリフィス部は、前記ボディに対して交換可能な複数のオリフィス部材を備え、
前記各オリフィス部材には、それぞれ開口径の異なるオリフィスが設けられ、
前記オリフィス部材は、前記ボディの端部に配設されるオリフィス板であり、
前記オリフィス板と前記ボディとは、スナップフィットにより互いに接続され、
前記オリフィス板と前記ボディの先端外周との間には、Oリングが介装される、管継手。 - チューブが挿入されるボディと、前記ボディの内部に設けられ、前記チューブを着脱自在な着脱機構とを備え、流体圧機器に接続される管継手であって、
前記ボディには、前記チューブと前記流体圧機器とを連通させるオリフィス部が設けられ、
前記オリフィス部の外周には、前記チューブの内周に対して摺接する突出部が設けられ、
前記オリフィス部は、前記ボディに対して交換可能な複数のオリフィス部材を備え、
前記各オリフィス部材には、それぞれ開口径の異なるオリフィスが設けられ、
前記オリフィス部は、前記チューブの先端内周に装着される筒状部材をさらに備え、
前記筒状部材の内部には、前記オリフィス部材が前記筒状部材の軸方向に進退可能に配設される、管継手。 - 請求項3記載の管継手において、
前記オリフィス部材は、前記筒状部材の内部に反転姿勢で配設可能である、管継手。
