Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种带有快插接口的密封盖,包括:盖体,所述盖体上方设有直通孔,盖体内设有连通孔,所述直通孔与所述连通孔相连通;所述直通孔内设有环形的密封件和环形固定套,所述密封件设置在所述直通孔的底部,所述固定套设置在所述密封件上方;所述密封件和固定套均与直通孔内壁卡接,所述密封件由柔性材料制成。本实用新型提供的一种带有快插接口的密封盖,内部没有金属材质与流体接触,长期使用无腐蚀的隐患,避免了金属材质不耐腐蚀性流体的缺陷。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及流体输送技术领域,特别涉及一种带有快插接口的密封盖。
背景技术
现有技术提供的快插接口密封盖内部连接结构复杂,密封点较多,增加了漏气的隐患,且内部有金属材质会接触流体,由于使用了气动标准件-快插接头与瓶盖连接,市面上快插接头的壳体均为金属材质,导致不可避免地会与流体接触,当腐蚀性流体通过后产生的残留会与金属材质接触,一段时间后慢慢产生腐蚀,导致损坏产生泄漏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种带有快插接口的密封盖,解决了快插接口内部的金属材质长期与流体接触导致材料腐蚀的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供以下技术方案:
一种带有快插接口的密封盖,包括:盖体1,所述盖体1上方设有直通孔 2,盖体1内设有连通孔9,所述直通孔2与所述连通孔9相连通;
所述直通孔2内设有环形的密封件3和环形固定套5,所述密封件3设置在所述直通孔2的底部,所述固定套5设置在所述密封件3上方;
所述密封件3和固定套5均与直通孔2内壁卡接,所述密封件3由柔性材料制成。
优选的,所述直通孔2内壁设有第一凹槽,所述密封件3外设有对应的凸起,所述密封件3与直通孔2通过所述第一凹槽和凸起卡接。
优选的,所述直通孔2内壁还设有第二凹槽,所述固定套5外部设有倒钩结构,所述倒钩结构卡设在所述第二凹槽内。
优选的,所述密封件3上方设有固定环4,所述固定套5的下方与固定环4连接;
所述密封件3内壁的上方设有一圈第三凹槽,所述固定环4下方伸出一圈“L”型的连接段,所述连接段卡设在密封件3内壁的第三凹槽内;
所述固定环4由塑胶材料制成。
优选的,还包括活动帽6,所述活动帽6外部设有倒钩结构,通过所述倒钩结构与所述固定套5内壁镶嵌在一起。
优选的,所述固定套5内设有一圈卡爪弹片7,所述活动帽6的底部与卡爪弹片7抵触。
优选的,所述活动帽6和固定套5顶部均设有一圈“L”型连接段。
优选的,所述盖体1内壁设有螺纹结构,用于与瓶体螺接;
所述螺纹结构底部设有密封圈8。
通过实施以上技术方案,具有以下技术效果:本实用新型提供的一种带有快插接口的密封盖,内部没有金属材质与流体接触,长期使用无腐蚀的隐患,避免了金属材质不耐腐蚀性流体的缺陷。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本实用新型的技术方案,下面结合附图详细描述本实用新型提供的实施例。
如图1和4所示,可以理解,本实施例提供的一种带有快插接口的密封盖,包括:一种带有快插接口的密封盖,包括:盖体1,所述盖体1上方设有直通孔2,盖体1内设有连通孔9,所述直通孔2与所述连通孔9相连通;所述直通孔2内设有环形的密封件3和环形固定套5,所述密封件3设置在所述直通孔2的底部,所述固定套5设置在所述密封件3上方;所述密封件3和固定套5均与直通孔2内壁卡接。所述直通孔2内壁设有第一凹槽,所述密封件3外设有对应的凸起,所述密封件3与直通孔2通过所述第一凹槽和凸起卡接。所述直通孔2内壁还设有第二凹槽,所述固定套5外部设有倒钩结构,所述倒钩结构卡设在所述第二凹槽内。
所述密封件3上方设有固定环4,所述固定套5的下方与固定环4连接;所述密封件3内壁的上方设有一圈第三凹槽,所述固定环4下方伸出一圈“L”型的连接段,所述连接段卡设在密封件3内壁的第三凹槽内;所述密封件3 由柔性材料制成,所述固定环4由塑胶材料制成。
在本实施例中,如图4所示,所述直通孔2用于插接管路进行流体的运输,与连通孔之间是贯通的,在使用中不可避免的会接触带有一定压力或腐蚀性的流体,为防止与流体接触的部件受到腐蚀,本实施例中,所述密封件3 为橡胶材质,所述固定环4为塑胶材质,在其他实施例中,所述密封件3和固定环4可以使用其他防腐蚀的材质。所述固定环4下方的“L”型连接段伸入到密封件3内壁的第二凹槽中,与密封件3稳固嵌套,支撑密封件3保持形状,在其他实施例中,对所述密封件3和固定环4的嵌套方式不做限定。
本实施例提供的一种带有快插接口的密封盖,还包括活动帽6,所述活动帽6外部设有倒钩结构,通过所述倒钩结构与所述固定套5内壁镶嵌在一起。所述固定套5内设有一圈卡爪弹片7,所述活动帽6的底部与卡爪弹片7抵触。所述活动帽6和固定套5顶部均设有一圈“L”型连接段。
在本实施例中,固定套5外部为倒钩结构,压入直通孔2内壁的第三凹槽中,所述活动帽6利用外部的倒扣结构安装嵌入在所述固定套5内,在本实施例中,固定套5与直通孔2,活动帽6与固定套5均使用倒扣结构来进行嵌套固定,在其他实施例中,也可以通过其他的方式进行固定。现有技术的产品组件在组装连接密封过程中依靠螺纹连接,组件成本高,效率低,成本高,本实施例通过倒扣结构固定内部密封件3,最大化减少了内部配件,降低了成本,减少了漏气点,提高了组装效率。
如图4所示,所述固定套5内设有卡爪弹片7,用于卡紧管路,具体的,管路插入并穿过所述活动帽6、卡爪弹片7和固定环4,直到最终插入所述密封件3后到底,此时由于卡爪弹片7的弹力作用,管路被卡紧固定,所述固定环4起导向作用,所述密封件3对管路形成包覆作用,保持密封。其中所述密封件3和固定环4分别为橡胶和塑胶材质,可以长时间与耐腐蚀流体接触;当需要拔出气管时,按下活动帽6,活动帽6下压将卡爪弹片7下压使管路表面与卡爪分离松脱,从而顺利拔出管路。
如图2和3所示,本实施例中的盖体1,整体为一体注塑成型的塑胶材质,所述盖体1内壁设有螺纹结构,用于与瓶体螺接;所述螺纹结构底部设有密封圈8,用于与瓶口接驳并密封。本实施例中的盖体1上方的直通孔2为两个,在其他实施例中也可以根据需要设置为一个,三个等,在此不做限制。

Claims (8)
1.一种带有快插接口的密封盖,其特征在于,包括:盖体(1),所述盖体(1)上方设有直通孔(2),盖体(1)内设有连通孔(9),所述直通孔(2)与所述连通孔(9)相连通;
所述直通孔(2)内设有环形的密封件(3)和环形固定套(5),所述密封件(3)设置在所述直通孔(2)的底部,所述固定套(5)设置在所述密封件(3)上方;
所述密封件(3)和固定套(5)均与直通孔(2)内壁卡接,所述密封件(3)由柔性材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有快插接口的密封盖,其特征在于,所述直通孔(2)内壁设有第一凹槽,所述密封件(3)外设有对应的凸起,所述密封件(3)与直通孔(2)通过所述第一凹槽和凸起卡接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有快插接口的密封盖,其特征在于,所述直通孔(2)内壁还设有第二凹槽,所述固定套(5)外部设有倒钩结构,所述倒钩结构卡设在所述第二凹槽内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有快插接口的密封盖,其特征在于,所述密封件(3)上方设有固定环(4),所述固定套(5)的下方与固定环(4)连接;
所述密封件(3)内壁的上方设有一圈第三凹槽,所述固定环(4)下方伸出一圈“L”型的连接段,所述连接段卡设在密封件(3)内壁的第三凹槽内;
所述固定环(4)由塑胶材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有快插接口的密封盖,其特征在于,还包括活动帽(6),所述活动帽(6)外部设有倒钩结构,通过所述倒钩结构与所述固定套(5)内壁镶嵌在一起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的带有快插接口的密封盖,其特征在于,所述固定套(5)内设有一圈卡爪弹片(7),所述活动帽(6)的底部与卡爪弹片(7)抵触。
7.根据权利要求5所述的带有快插接口的密封盖,其特征在于,所述活动帽(6)和固定套(5)顶部均设有一圈“L”型连接段。
8.根据权利要求1所述的带有快插接口的密封盖,其特征在于,所述盖体(1)内壁设有螺纹结构,用于与瓶体螺接;
所述螺纹结构底部设有密封圈(8)。
