- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 下流端がアクチユエータに接続するエアホース
２５の上流端に装着され、高圧空気源に接続する
圧源側ジヨイント１に着脱自在に連結可能なエア
ジヨイントであつて、 前記圧源側ジヨイント１に連結されるエアジヨ
イント本体１８と、このエアジヨイント本体１８
と前記エアホース２５間に装着されるプラグ１９
と、このプラグ１９に装着されて前記エアホース
２５からエアジヨイント本体１８への高圧空気の
逆流を防止する逆止弁２６と、前記プラグ１９に
形成されて前記逆止弁２６をバイパスするオリフ
イス２９とを備えてなるエアジヨイント。
