Claims (11)
- 駆動軸(2)に接続可能な二輪、三輪または四輪のオートバイ用無段変速装置(1)であって、
Vベルト(6)用の作用面(8a、10a)を備え、前記作用面のうちの一方(8a)を担持する可動ブッシュ(9)を備えた駆動プーリ(4)であって、前記可動ブッシュ(9)が、ローギヤとトップギヤとの間の変速を達成するように速度調整機(12)のローラ(18)の作用の下で軸方向に摺動可能である、駆動プーリ(4)と、
電動機軸(2)に対して固定可能かつ同軸である固定ブッシュ(11)と、
前記固定ブッシュ(11)と前記可動ブッシュ(9)との間の回転を伝達するのに適しており、前記作用面(8a、10a)間の接近を防止するか、または前記作用面(8a、10a)間の接近を容易にするように構成された、前記固定ブッシュ(11)と前記可動ブッシュ(9)との間で動作するカム機構(20、22、32a、32b)と
を含む、変速装置。 - 前記カム機構が、前記固定ブッシュ(11)に固定され、かつ前記固定ブッシュ(11)から径方向外側に突出している少なくとも1つのピン(20)と、前記可動ブッシュ(9)の第1のカム輪郭(22)とを含む、請求項1に記載の変速装置。
- 前記第1のカム輪郭(22)が、前記可動ブッシュ(9)を径方向に貫通するカム開口部(24)の閉じた周縁部で構成される、請求項2に記載の変速装置。
- 前記ピン(20)が、前記可動ブッシュ(9)の前記カム輪郭(22)と接触するように頭部を覆うプラスチック材料製のフード(26)を含む、請求項3に記載の変速装置。
- 前記フード(26)には、丸みを帯びた輪郭を実現する環状側面(28)が設けられている、請求項4に記載の変速装置。
- 前記カム輪郭(22)が閉鎖され、前記電動機軸(2)が駆動トルクを与える場合(加速段階)に前記ピン(20)が当接する駆動部分(30a)と、前記電動機軸(2)が制動トルクを与える場合(減速段階)に前記ピン(20)が当接する、前記駆動部分(30a)とは異なる制動部分(30b)とを有する、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記駆動部分(30a)が直線状であり、前記制動部分(30b)が直線状であり、かつ前記駆動部分(30a)と同等である、請求項6に記載の変速装置。
- 前記駆動部分(30a)が曲線状であり、前記制動部分(30b)が曲線状であり、かつ前記駆動部分(30a)と同等である、請求項6に記載の変速装置。
- 前記駆動部分(30a)が直線状であり、前記制動部分(30b)が直線状であり、かつ、例えば傾斜によって前記駆動部分(30a)とは異なる、請求項6に記載の変速装置。
- 前記駆動部分(30a)が曲線状であり、前記制動部分(30b)が曲線状であり、かつ、例えば傾斜によって前記駆動部分(30a)とは異なる、請求項6に記載の変速装置。
- 前記固定ブッシュ(11)と前記可動ブッシュ(9)とが互いに軸方向に貫入し、貫入部分が、前記固定ブッシュ(11)上の前記カム機構の駆動輪郭(32a)と、前記可動ブッシュ(32b)上の前記カム機構の従動輪郭(32b)を定義する、請求項1に記載の変速装置。
