Claims (6)
- 駆動プーリに対する従動プーリの減速比を無段階に変更可能であって、
前記従動プーリは、固定シーブと、この固定シーブに対して軸方向に変位可能な可動シーブと、この可動シーブを前記固定シーブに向かって付勢するコイルばねと、前記可動シーブに作用した回転力の一部をVベルトの側面を押圧するスラストに変換するトルクカム機構とを含む作業機用ベルト式無段変速機において、
前記駆動プーリに対する前記従動プーリの回転速度の、最小の減速比を規制する減速比規制機構を有し、
この減速比規制機構は、前記固定シーブに対する前記可動シーブの、軸方向への離反可能な許容範囲を調節するスイングアームと、このスイングアームのスイング先端部を無段階にスイング駆動する規制駆動部とを有し、
前記スイングアームは、前記従動プーリの回転中心線に対して交差する方向に延び、
前記スイングアームのスイング基端部は、前記従動プーリの回転中心線に沿う方向にスイング可能に、ブラケットに支持され、
前記スイングアームのなかの、前記スイング基端部と前記スイング先端部との間は、一対のスイング中間部に構成され、
この一対のスイング中間部は、前記コイルばねの径外方の両側に分かれて位置しており、前記固定シーブに対する前記可動シーブの、軸方向への離反可能な許容範囲を調節する部分であることを特徴とする作業機用ベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記スイングアームは、前記可動シーブに対し前記固定シーブとは反対側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の作業機用ベルト式無段変速機。
- 前記規制駆動部は、電動モータと、この電動モータによってウォームが駆動されるウォームギヤ機構と、このウォームギヤ機構のウォームホイールによって駆動される駆動力出力部とを含み、
前記スイング先端部は、前記駆動力出力部に連結ロッドによって連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の作業機用ベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記スイングアームのスイング角を検出するスイング角検出センサを、更に有し、
このスイング角検出センサは、前記スイングアームのなかの前記スイング先端部又はこのスイング先端部の近傍に、リンク機構によって連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の作業機用ベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記可動シーブのなかの、前記一対のスイング中間部に向かい合う側部に、転がり軸受を有し、
この転がり軸受の内輪は、前記従動プーリの回転中心線に対して同心に位置するとともに、前記可動シーブに設けられ、
前記転がり軸受の外輪は、この外輪と共に回転可能な環状のカバーによって覆われ、
互いに向かい合う、前記カバーの側面と前記一対のスイング中間部の側面との、いずれか一方は、他方へ向かって突出した突部を有し、
この突部は、前記一対のスイング中間部が変位したときに、前記カバーを介して前記転がり軸受の外輪の側面を押圧可能に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の作業機用ベルト式無段変速機。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の作業機用ベルト式無段変速機は、作業機の駆動源から作業部までの作業動力伝達系統に設けられていることを特徴とする作業機用ベルト式無段変速機。
