Claims (3)
- 相互間の距離を変更可能として相対向する駆動側固定および駆動側可動プーリ半体(82,83)を有する駆動プーリ装置(78A,78B)と;
軸線まわりの相対回動ならびに軸線方向の相対移動を可能とした従動側固定および可動プーリ半体(89,90)と、従動側固定および可動プーリ半体(89,90)間の相対回転位相差に応じて前記従動側固定および可動プーリ半体(89,90)間に軸方向の分力を作用せしめるトルクカム機構(91A,91B)と、前記従動側可動プーリ半体(90)を前記従動側固定プーリ半体(89)に向けて付勢するばね力を発揮するコイルスプリング(93)とを有する従動プーリ装置(79A,79B)と;
心線(142)が埋設される無端状の心線埋設部(144)と、該心線埋設部(144)の内周側に一体に設けられる下コグ形成部(145)と、前記心線埋設部(144)の外周側に一体に設けられる上コグ形成部(146)とを有し、前記駆動プーリ装置(78A,78B)の駆動側固定および駆動側可動プーリ半体(82,83)ならびに前記従動プーリ装置(79A,79B)の従動側固定および可動プーリ半体(89,90)に巻き掛けられるダブルコグドVベルト(80)と;
を備えるVベルト式自動変速機において、
アラミド繊維から成る前記心線(142)を有する前記ダブルコグドVベルト(80)が、そのベルト厚みTに対するベルト幅Wの比(W/T)が2.5以下となるように形成されて、前記ダブルコグドVベルト(80)の作動時に作用する荷重の増大に応じて前記上コグ形成部(146)の幅方向中央部が落ち込むように変形するときの落ち込み量(d)を、常用荷重域において荷重変化に応じて比例的に変化させることを特徴とするVベルト式自動変速機。 - 前記駆動プーリ装置(78A,78B)が、前記駆動側固定および駆動側可動プーリ半体(82,83)間の距離を変化させる遠心ウエイト(84)、ならびに変速指令に応じて前記駆動側固定および駆動側可動プーリ半体(82,83)間の距離を変化させるアクチュエータ(151)のいずれかを択一的に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のVベルト式自動変速機。
- 相互間の距離を変更可能として相対向する駆動側固定および駆動側可動プーリ半体(82,83)を有する駆動プーリ装置(78A,78B)と;
軸線まわりの相対回動ならびに軸線方向の相対移動を可能とした従動側固定および可動プーリ半体(89,90)と、従動側固定および可動プーリ半体(89,90)間の相対回転位相差に応じて前記従動側固定および可動プーリ半体(89,90)間に軸方向の分力を作用せしめるトルクカム機構(91A,91B)と、前記従動側可動プーリ半体(90)を前記従動側固定プーリ半体(89)に向けて付勢するばね力を発揮するコイルスプリング(93)とを有する従動プーリ装置(79A,79B)と;
心線(142)が埋設される無端状の心線埋設部(144)と、該心線埋設部(144)の内周側に一体に設けられる下コグ形成部(145)と、前記心線埋設部(144)の外周側に一体に設けられる上コグ形成部(146)とを有し、前記駆動プーリ装置(78A,78B)の駆動側固定および駆動側可動プーリ半体(82,83)ならびに前記従動プーリ装置(79A,79B)の従動側固定および可動プーリ半体(89,90)に巻き掛けられるダブルコグドVベルト(80)と;
を備えるVベルト式自動変速機において、
前記ダブルコグドVベルト(80)が、そのベルト厚みTに対するベルト幅Wの比(W/T)が2.5以下となるように形成されて、前記ダブルコグドVベルト(80)の作動時に作用する荷重の増大に応じて前記上コグ形成部(146)の幅方向中央部が落ち込むように変形するときの落ち込み量(d)を、常用荷重域において荷重変化に応じて比例的に変化させ、
前記駆動プーリ装置(78B)が、変速指令に応じて前記駆動側固定および駆動側可動プーリ半体(82,83)間の距離を変化させるアクチュエータ(151)を備え、前記アクチュエータ(151)の作動と、前記トルクカム機構(91B)のトルクカム作用とが相まって変速比が設定されることを特徴とするVベルト式自動変速機。
