Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 穀物を調理する方法であって、当該方法は、
容器内の初期体積の穀物を、空気温度が150〜250℃の高温空気に30〜180秒間曝す第1のステップと、
膨張した前記穀物を沸騰水及び/又は蒸気に曝す第2のステップと、を含み、
第2のステップは、前記膨張した穀物が前記容器内に留まっている間に、第1のステップの後に行われる、
方法。 - 第1のステップを行うために前記初期体積の穀物を前記容器に入れる前に、該容器を予熱するためにヒーターを動作させるステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2のステップ中に前記ヒーターによる加熱のためにリザーバーから水を供給するステップを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒーターによる加熱のために前記リザーバーから流れる水が、前記容器を通り、且つ該容器内に含まれる体積が増大した前記穀物を通ることを可能にするステップをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒーターによる加熱のために前記リザーバーから流れる水が前記容器内に流入し、該容器内に収容され、体積が増大した前記穀物を水中に沈めさせることを可能にするステップをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 第2のステップは、第2のステップの開始時に前記穀物を沸点より低い温度の水に曝し、第2のステップを行う間に、前記水を沸点まで加熱するステップを含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第2のステップは、第2のステップの開始時に60〜80℃の温度に予熱された水に前記穀物を曝すステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 穀物を調理する装置であって、当該装置は、
初期体積の穀物を受け取る容器であって、チャンバ内に位置する容器と、
空気を加熱するヒーターと、
第1のステップにおいて、前記初期体積の穀物をこの初期体積を超えて膨張させるように適合された空気温度を有する加熱空気に前記初期体積の穀物を曝すために前記ヒーターを制御するように構成された制御装置と、
水を受け取るリザーバーと、を有しており、
前記制御装置は、第2のステップにおいて、前記ヒーターによる加熱のために前記リザーバーから前記チャンバ内への水の供給をトリガし、体積が増大した前記穀物を加熱水及び/又は蒸気に曝すようにさらに構成される、
装置。 - 前記容器は、前記チャンバ内の上昇位置に配置される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記容器は、流体透過性壁を含む、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 前記容器は、流体不透過性壁を含む、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 前記水の少なくとも一部を前記リザーバーから前記チャンバ内に直接的に流すことを可能にするバイパス弁を含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 当該装置は、前記チャンバ内で加熱空気を循環させるファン又は送風機を含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバの内壁は食品収容空間を規定し、前記チャンバは、前記容器の外壁と前記チャンバの内壁との間に形成された空気循環チャネルを含み、該循環チャネルを介して前記容器の前記食品収容空間の内外に空気を循環させる、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバーは前記チャンバを取り囲み、前記ヒーターは、前記リザーバーに収容される水が前記リザーバーから流出する前に前記ヒーターによって予熱されるように位置付けされる、請求項8乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
