Description
300gのPB2をフラスコに入れ、含浸する前に約0.1torrまで真空排気した。最終触媒のCs含有量が0ppm〜1800ppm、最終触媒のレニウム含有量が0ppm〜900ppm、銀(Ag)含有量が10〜30重量%となる触媒組成物を調製するのに十分な濃度で、水酸化セシウムをセシウム(Cs)として、過レニウム酸をレニウム(Re)として、水酸化物を少なくとも1種類の別のアルカリ金属として含む助触媒水溶液を上記銀溶液に添加した。完全に混合した後、圧力を約0.1torrに保ちながら、促進された銀溶液を真空のフラスコ内に吸引し、担体を覆った。約5分後に真空を開放して大気圧に戻し、迅速に溶液を細孔内に完全に浸透させた。その後、含浸担体から余分な含浸溶液を排除した。
Claims (27)
- 少なくとも80%がα−アルミナを含み、0.3mL/g〜1.2mL/gの細孔容積と0.3m2/g〜3.0m2/gの表面積とを有し、7以下の屈曲度、4以下の歪度、及び30mdarcys以上の浸透率のうち少なくとも1つを備えた細孔構造を有することを特徴とする、多孔質体。
- 前記細孔容積の少なくとも90%は、細孔径が20ミクロン以下の細孔である、請求項1に記載の多孔質体。
- 前記細孔容積の少なくとも85%は、径が1ミクロン〜6ミクロンの細孔である、請求項1に記載の多孔質体。
- 前記細孔容積の15パーセント未満が、径が1ミクロン未満の細孔である、請求項1に記載の多孔質体。
- 前記細孔容積の少なくとも80%は、径が1ミクロン〜10ミクロンの細孔である、請求項1に記載の多孔質体。
- SiO2として測定した含有量が0.2重量%未満のシリカと、Na2Oとして測定した含有量が0.2重量%未満のナトリウムを更に含む、請求項1に記載の多孔質体。
- 40ppm以下の酸浸出性ナトリウムを更に含有する、請求項1に記載の多孔質体。
- 前記細孔構造は、前記屈度及び前記歪度を有する、請求項1に記載の多孔質体。
- 少なくとも80%がα−アルミナを含み、0.3mL/g〜1.2mL/gの細孔容積と0.3m2/g〜3.0m2/gの表面積とを有し、7以下の屈曲度、4以下の歪度、及び、30mdarcys以上の浸透率のうち少なくとも1つを備えた細孔構造を有する担体と、
前記担体上及び/又は内部に沈着した触媒量の銀と、
前記担体上に沈着した1種類以上の促進量の助触媒と、を含むことを特徴とする、銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。 - 前記1種類以上の助触媒は、第1族アルカリ金属助触媒、1種類以上の遷移金属、1種類以上の第2族アルカリ土類金属、又は、それらの組み合わせを含む、請求項9に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記1種類以上の遷移金属は、周期表において第4〜10族に属する元素からなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記1種類以上の遷移金属は、モリブデン、レニウム、タングステン、クロム、チタン、ハフニウム、ジルコニウム、バナジウム、トリウム、タンタル及びニオブからなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記1種類以上の遷移金属は、レニウム、モリブデン、タングステン、又は、それらの組み合わせを含む、請求項10に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記第1族アルカリ金属助触媒は、セシウム、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム及びルビジウムからなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記第1族アルカリ金属助触媒は、リチウム及びセシウムを含む、請求項14に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記1種類以上の助触媒は、促進効果のあるレニウム、セシウム及びリチウムの組み合せを含む、請求項9に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記銀の触媒量は、10〜50重量%である、請求項9に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記細孔容積の少なくとも90パーセントは、細孔径が20ミクロン以下の細孔である、請求項9に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記細孔容積の少なくとも85%は、径が1ミクロン〜6ミクロンの細孔である、請求項9に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記細孔容積の15パーセント未満が、径が1ミクロン未満の細孔である、請求項9に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記細孔容積の少なくとも80%は、径が1ミクロン〜10ミクロンの細孔である、請求項9に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記担体は、SiO2として測定した含有量が0.2重量%未満のシリカと、Na2Oとして測定した含有量が0.2重量%未満のナトリウムを含む、請求項9に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記担体は、40ppm以下の水洗浄した酸浸出性ナトリウムを含む、請求項9に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記担体は、血小板形態のアルミナ微結晶を20容量%未満含有する、請求項9に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 前記細孔構造は、前記屈度及び前記歪度を有する、請求項9に記載の銀系エチレンエポキシ化触媒。
- 少なくとも80%がα−アルミナを含み、0.3mL/g〜1.2mL/gの細孔容積と0.3m2/g〜3.0m2/gの表面積とを有し、7以下の屈曲度、4以下の歪度、及び、30mdarcys以上の浸透率のうち少なくとも1つを備えた細孔構造を有する担体と、
